I heard a rumor he had surgery today and might be out all year. but I can't find anything anywhere other than this random source.

I've heard the same rumor floating around but nothing verifiable.

All of this is meaningless without more information about the hip injury. Last I heard he was unable to cut without signifcant pain.NOT GOOD.

Not at all happy about being right about this one. Get well, Sid. You are very talented and this is a real shame. Here's hoping you make a full recovery.
