Without checking, Miami in a game the Pats wanted to lose (because they wanted to play the Jags in the playoffs). IIRC, they barely played their starters and still almost won (even though they didn't want to).

Good call. I remember that game now. Matt Casell was leading them down the field and the play call they gave him near the goal line was a weird PA bootleg where had to throw on th run. I remember BB wasn't very happy he almost had to face Pitt in the 1st rd because his backup was executing.

While I agree that recently they have gotten more pass happy, they still rank 8th in rushing attempts, 8th in rushing yards, and 5th in rushing TD.
