I have Henry in my dynasty and sitting him week. I am lucky enough though to start CMC, Etienne, and JJacobs ahead of Henry and Barkley

I would bench Henry as you have better choices this week.

Where guys were drafted is out the window by week 6. Not that Henry has tanked, but he's been your 4th most productive RB. Absolutely no problem with benching him. Just don't beat yourself up when he has his occasional monster game (and you know at least one more is coming, barring injury).
