I am in a league for the last 25 years that has a very different kind of scoring system. It is not based at all on points per statistic, but rather a head to head comparison of groups of players from each team for a number of different statistics, and awarding either 3 or 7 points to each team for exceeding the other teams values in those statistics.
We have never found a website that can accomadate this system, so we have run the league off-line for all these years. However many of the members are frustrated with having to score the games by had, not having live scoring updates available, and with dealing with many of the headaches that most leagues rid themselves of years ago by going web based.
So we are searching for a website or developer that may be intersted in trying to develop something for us.
