Skill positions and match-ups: Are some positions (1 Viewer)

In terms of typical fantasy positions (QBs, RBs, WRs, TE, etc.), are the fantasy points of some positions more influenced by defensive match-ups than others? This question has some importance in terms of draft strategies, as it would be a wiser move to wait on positions more influenced by match-ups and simply draft more players for that position. I'm hoping some shark has already looked at this and has the answer or at least some data.

I think the QB position is the most volatile vis a vis matchups. There is a great strategy article on the paysite about this, and how to exploit it using two late-drafted QBs in committee planned out over the whol season matchup by matchup. Check it out.

I wonder if anyone has any opinion or numbers on how that particular plan played out?
