Absolutely - pilot of the plane on fire was able to make it out using a reserve chute and the pilot of the other plane was actually able to land his plane safely.

I saw the video yesterday and thought dude in burning plane is done. That is a Bondesque escape he pulled.

Crazy video. The guys out on the wing strut are lucky they didn't get smashed between the planes.

I guess if you are going to have a mid-air collision, it's best to be carrying a bunch of skydivers.

and for the "cool factor," it was also great that they were all wearing cameras

although that would have sucked if anyone was killed in the incident

Wow, saw the Dateline episode tonight. Amazing they all lived.

The two people that were trapped between the planes, unreal.

The pilot doing a straight nosedive and being able to escape.

It's pretty awesome to watch the footage knowing everyone made it.
