**SNF - Buccaneers at Cowboys**(+4, 48) 8:20 (1 Viewer)

Its a real shame Dallas has been so banged up, because they've looked like a playoff team of late, pretty much since Parsons came back. I think that continues this week and throws a bit of a monkey wrench into the NFC South race.

I think Evans/Irving get theirs, but I'm not expecting big games. Could see this being a bad Baker, comeback mode Baker kind of game, where he sucks in the 1st half, and then saves his fantasy week in comeback mode.

I think TBs run D is vastly overrated, and I think Rico Dowdle has a nice game. Lamb should get his as well, and I think to the dismay of Cowboys fans, this late season winning streak likely saves McCarthy's job.

Dallas-28
Tampa Bay-21

Both teams have feasted on the bottom feeders lately.

Tampa winning in LA surprised me though.

They’ve been pretty bad in prime time under Baker. 0-5 in the regular season. Only win being the playoff game over Philly.

Dallas hasn’t been great on defense. Weird week for Parsons and an illness on Friday? Diggs is out. Who’s covering Mike as he goes for his 1,000? Who’s tackling Bucky?

Think Tampa’s o-line grinds on them a bit in this one, but definitely wouldn’t be surprised if @travdogg ’s prediction comes to fruition.

That being said the Bucs have only scored 21 or less three times all year.

They lead the league with 8 games of 400+ yards of offense.

Tampa’s D has been the best in the NFL since their bye.

Back to back road games for The Bucs who get Carolina and New Orleans at home after this one
So not a "crucial" game for them
Dallas looked good last week at Carolina
This one has the potential to be a fantasy gold game
You can't count Baker out of any game right now
And while he could always put up a Bad Baker game it won't be for lack of effort
Should be a fourth quarter game
So if I have to choose between Cooper and Baker late in the game
I'll choose...

The City By The Bay- 30
America's Former Team- 27

Dallas has very little to hurt the Bucs with at RB, that makes them very one dimensional and an easy game plan for Todd Bowles who can focus on disrupting Cooper Rush
Bucs just stormed SoFi and walked out 40-17 winners vs a Playoff level football team last week and that team already rebounded and beat another playoff team.
I have a lot of optimism for the Bucs right now over these next several weeks which should lead to a home Playoff game vs GB/MN/DET likely, Bucs already beat the Lions
I think TB matches up well vs GB, the Vikings and those weapons at WR could tear right thru the Bucs, scariest of the potential Playoff match ups for me.

First things First, Bucs have to play a tough game vs a Cowboys team that was a road dog last week vs Carolina (free money) and returns home to try and spoil the Bucs playoff hopes
You can be sure they will approach this like it's a Playoff game since they aren't actually going to make it.

I don't make score predictions for teams I root for so I'll just say Go Bucs and feel they have a great chance to win and advance further towards an NFC South crown this year
I expect it to be tight well into the 4th Q today, hope Baker can be the difference and help push them over the finish line.
Bucs still can make the Playoffs without winning the South but it gets complicated and would require Washington to nose dive here at the end.

Just wanna point out the quick list of RBs with more rushing yards than Rico Dowdle over the last month:

Saquon Barkley

End of list
Giants, Commanders, Bengals, Panthers?
Not saying he'll have a big game, just that he's a threat.

Aubrey is such a weapon.

Some league mates mocked me in both of my K leagues when I spent a 5th round pick on him.

They tried from 70 last week.

He’s the only kicker I don’t hate.

If you don't want to call the push off that's fine but where in the hell was there defensive holding at all on that play let alone when the ref threw the flag?
“Push-off” was pretty glancing. I don’t think that particular action gets called like, ever.
