(Rotoworld) Roy Williams (probable, neck) missed practice again Thursday.Impact: He's missed the past two workouts due to personal reasons. It is a good sign, however, that he wasn't downgraded, and Lions offensive coordinator Mike Martz says he "should play" in Week 6.

The Lions did sign Devale Ellis off of the practice squad today when the placed Damien Woody on IR.

I think this has more to do with the staff's displeasure with Mike Williams than it does with anything related to Roy Williams. A few Lions beat writers were saying on the radio today that M. Williams was benched again last week and has not taken it well, sulking in practice. Apparently, Ellis is the more "game-ready" WR right now... plus he plays sepcial teams, I believe.Not saying R. Williams is out of the woods yet, but I believe the Ellis activation signals more healhty scratches for M. Williams.

Steve Pate, of The Daily Oakland Press, reports Detroit Lions WR Roy Williams (back) missed practice Thursday, Oct. 12 for personal reasons. He is listed as probable for the Week 6 game.

Does anyone have insight into these "personal reasons"? Any homers hear anything on the radio/tv?
