Social Casinos (aka Sweepstakes Casinos) (1 Viewer)

I don't gamble at all anymore. Used to a little. It's to a point I can't even watch a pregame football show or any sports show on ESPN or whatever, much less a game itself. Their sole purpose now is advertising to gamblers. I can't believe ESPN gets no pushback at all for having gambling experts with special segments on every single show they air. It's nauseating.
In 2006 the airwaves were nothing but mortgage companies selling you 125% LTV mortgages. Then in 2009 it was the people trying to sell you loan modifications/debt consolidation. Same shady people, different subjects.

Based on the ads I keep seeing these shady characters have also taken over the full body deodorant sector as well.

I'm sticking to my $1 bounty poker tournaments a few times a week I think

I heard an ad for one on ESPN radio yesterday. There is definitely a shadiness to them, no more than the 2000 poker bonus craze era before they were banned. Some states have banned them already. I did see a number of them have raised the age to 21 now. I will get while the gettin's good! My method is working but the mindset is supplemental income, and don't have addictive personality...

So if I'm understanding this correctly, the shtick is you go from forum to forum promoting "passive income" by auto-gambling fake tokens that people buy with real money.. Then, you share your referral link and earn a commission when they make a deposit. Do I have it right?

Almost correct Willie... I posted on this forum as I remember there was an active thread years ago on all the poker bonuses, and then another completing offers for gift cards. I only found out about these sites in late January through a friend. And no I'm not posting this on countless forums. For full transparency some of the sites offer referral coins but not all.

Signed up with my 1st social casino last friday. Spent $25 (or so I thought) on $65 worth of coins. You get another $2 in coins for free when signing up for a total of $67. Its all very confusing at first, but luckily I had @Jetznut674 to walk me through it all; none of it is intuitive which makes sense since they're not gonna be advertising this approach. You basically have to play this one slots game like 1300 times (there's an auto spin feature so it just plays itself) at $.05 a spin to play through the entire $67 before you can withdraw it. Probably takes about 20 minutes for that to finish. Once you do, you can transfer the $67 to your bank account. You also have to do some identity verification by uploading your drivers license. Its highly advised to have a separate bank account that you don't use just in case. Luckily I already had an online savings account with cap one that I created years ago for some unknown reason. I did the transfer on friday night so it didn't come in until this morning. Now I'm just in the process of transferring it from that account to the bank account i use. I say about 20 minutes of effort for what should be $42 profit although my credit card hasn't been charged the $25 for signing up.

It all feels a little risky to me with having to provide a bank account and a drivers license, but I'm probably being a little paranoid. At this point, I'll at least exhaust all the low hanging fruit and see how it goes. These casinos give you a daily bonus if you log in and click a button although at this point its only like $.50 a day. Apparently, it can be more than that so I'll see. Maybe get 10-20 of these accounts set up and collect the daily $10-$20 in daily bonuses as well as the occasional offers where you can purchase coins at a discount like you do during the sign up.

So after that sign up bonus you can't make any more profit? Or do you just wait until there's a decent bonus for re-upping the account and do it all again?

You log into the sites each day and collect the free Sweep Coin they give to you (give or take $1 on avg, some more, some less. (i'm testing a script I signed up for to try and automate this process). In some cases there are free slot spins they give you as a promotion, others send almost daily "$10 for 20 sweep coins" special. Some guys with a lot of funds take advantage of all deals where its 20% or more in free SC's. At the very least if you just go in each day and collect the free coin, let them accrue, build up, and if you do 40 sites thats $1200 a month X 96% avg RTP = $1,152 net to your bank.

the skeptic in me would think they'd shut your account down before you got too far along but i think its certainly worth a shot. its conceivable that you'd spend 10 minutes a day and collect a few grand in a years time.

was thinking to that if you were looking to generate some spending to meet spending requirements for credit card sign up bonuses, taking advantage of those offers even if its just a 20% bonus would be a good way to do that. and you collect the credit card points on top of that.

100% my buddy just got a BOA customized cash rewards card for this purpose. I'm in groups where guys are maxing out the offers and they haven't been banned. You will see on some sites they offer $500 or more that you can spend for coins. These casinos are printing money as I said for every one of us playing conservative there are 50 blowing $100 in less than 5 min....

Someone asked earlier if profits stop once you go through the initial sign up. The other thing I have learned in my research, and didn't believe this at first either, is people write to these casinos for up to 5 sweep coins, with some sites having no limitations on sending in requests. It takes 6-8 weeks to be credited to your account. They must offer this as part of the classification as a "sweepstakes" casino. Obviously takes time and there is cost incurred, but may have to test the waters...

I’ve played these a bit, and they can be fun, but the odds are rough, and cashing out can be a hassle. Always check the terms since some have tricky withdrawal rules.

I’ve noticed that some people prefer live dealer blackjack online casinos since they give that real casino vibe without leaving home. I’ve tried a few like rizzy and the live chat makes it feel more interactive, like sitting at a real table. It’s way more fun than just playing against a computer. Just make sure you know the limits and stick to a budget—some hands can go fast if you’re not careful.

I’ve messed around with them a bit—feels more like entertainment than gambling since you’re not using real cash directly, but yeah, the sweepstakes angle makes everything feel a little sketchy.
I've noticed a few of the sites have left many of the states. As soon as the state AG's start sniffing around they ruin everything. ...

I have been using rebet, thrillz, and Fliff for the past few months. No issues with any of them so far. Have always been able to redeem. The range of sports isn't amazing on them, but social sportsbooks are definitely on the up. Once you get your head around the dual currency, its pretty straightforward and good option if you don't live in a state where betting is legal
