Solid PPR dynasty offer but right to decline? (1 Viewer)

Last night I was offered Will Fuller for Jordan Howard in one of my PPR dynasty leagues. Fuller has been a pleasant surprise, went higher in our rookie drafts, but I think Howard just won the starting job this weekend and won't look back. Just curious if others would pass on that offer with this roster. We start 1qb, 2rb, 3wr, 1te, 1 flex.

Ryan, Prescott, Siemian

Gordon, Gio, Charles, Howard, Stewart, Starks

Julio, Nelson, Moncrief, Sheppard, Lockett, Dorsett, Hogan, Crowder, Royal

Reed, Eifert, Allen

I'd keep him especially with your rb's.  Start 2 is Gordon and Howard.  Gio's a  ? Charles is a ?.

I ld have taken that offer - by all accoounts, Fuller looks special and Howard is still just a 5th(??)/7th(??)round-pick. Until a guy is a proven talent, I try to put a lot of value in draft stock invested.

Fuller (1st round) wins there.
