Source of Top 250 with ADP (1 Viewer)

For the "Top 250 with ADP" feature put out by David Dodds, what is the source of the rankings data? Is this from Dodds projections?

I'm not sure, for example, in the current "Top 250" from , the QB rankings start out:

1) Manning

2) McNabb

3) Brady

4) Hass

In the current Dodds projections, dated 8/29, the QB rankings are:

1) Manning

2) Brady

3) Palmer

4) McNabb

Is this because the projections have changed, or are the Dodds projections not the source for the "Top 250" feature.
