Maybe so, but then again...maybe not. He looks awful dynamic. Bush without out the injury history. I would think kind of production is worth a 3rd rounder in ppr.Golden goodness for whoever got him.

I got him in two leagues. He'll be a good spot starter as a flex or number 2 RB on bye weeks, but you'd be crazy to expect that kind of production out of him every week.
How do you figure? Did he line up as a receiver for some of those catches? Whatever the case, this is likely as big a fantasy game as he's going to have. I know it wasn't your comment, but no way is he 3rd round material.

Exactly. I have him on a team with only five bench spots and while I'll hang onto him, I can't see many occasions that I'll use him unless it becomes clear that he'll get get these touches and capitalize on them regularly. Briefly considered starting him with the Foster uncertainty, but even with him putting up the points he did, I still think I made the right decision.
5 catches per game. 50 receiving, 10 rushing yards per game. 75 return yards per game. .25 all purpose TDs per game. That's a whopping 15.5 fantasy points per game in my PPR, return yardage league.Easily good enough for a 3rd rounder...drafted around the 7th round of a 16 team league. GOLDEN.

I didn't catch the part about return yardage. Obviously, that's a different story. In related news, I picked up Cobb off the ww in a deep bench league. We'll see if there's something valuable there.

You guys might be jumping the gun a bit here. I say "might" because I'll admit Sproles looked lights out tonight. But I chalk up a portion of his use to game-planning. The Packers are stout between the tackles and I doubt the Saints will struggle on the ground much worse than they did here. Also, let's face it - 90% of the time New Orleans plays with a comfortable lead late. Sproles will still have his role, but I highly doubt this is a 3-way committee. I think owners have a bit of Fool's Gold here after 1 game.
