I don’t think we did one last year, but is there any interest in doing a mock before free agency kicks off?

We’d probably want to get at least a few rounds done before FA / legal tampering.

Negotiation Period. Technically, the SSL (Spring Survivor League) Drafts are supposed to start right after the NFL Draft.

Back in the day, this time period, after the Super Bowl, we would hold the first Drafts of the 'Survivor Series' - the WSL (Winter Survivor League). The WSL Drafts were followed up by the PDSL (Pre-Draft Survivor League) Drafts. Then the SSL Drafts, and after, the MBSL (Message Board Survivor League) Drafts, at various points through the summer and pre-season.

I'm not a big fan, personally, of drafting prior to the NFL Draft - it's just a personal preference of mine - so I've participated in few, if any, WSL or PDSL Drafts over the years...but I'm a huge of the SSL Drafts, and pretty sure I've participated in all of them, since their inception.

Really enjoy following along with the early Drafts/Commentary, so it would be great if these were to get up and running.

I'll be fully on board and *IN* if there's an SSL Draft held during the usual (post-NFL Draft) calendar slot.

I have been taking a short break from the NFL and from the boards, but checking back in this evening, I see a small uprising for a survivor draft. I agree with @nittanylion and have no interest in doing one until after the NFL Draft. It will probably take some recruitment efforts to get us up to 16, but I will help and I expect that I can coerce @BassNBrew to also assist with marketing.

How does an SSL Draft beginning on May 1st sound to y'all?
