Total: 145 or so (or 135 if the Cards defense gets charged for the 49ers defensive TDs)pretty solid for having such a depleted roster this weekI think I could be a dead man walking this week or next:QB MANNING,ELI 31RB LEWIS,JAMAL 14RB MCALLISTER,DEUCE 16.6RB PERRY,CHRIS 8.5WR GIVENS,DAVID 12.6WR MOULDS,ERIC 3.4WR PARKER,ERIC 9TE WATSON,BEN 3.3 PK KAEDING,NATE 12Def ARIZONA 35 (if we don't count points scored against the offense, otherwise its 25)

Rudi?5 sacks (5 points), 4 T/O (8 points) - box score from Yahoo that I checked earlier said the 49ers lost 4 fumbles, but NFL.com only lists 3. Net Yards allowed is at 168 so that's 10 points, which makes 23 total plus 10 more if I get credit for the shutout. So, I guess I'm at 133 or 143 depending on how the rules are interpreted. I just went back and re-read them several times and they appear to be unclear regarding whether the 2 defensive TDs scored by the 49ers should count against my defense or not. That's a big 10 point swing right there.Rudi, I'm with you till we get to AZ...where are you coming up with 35? Rudi, I've never played in a league where you would not be penalized for SF scoring those points even though they are not a direct result of the AZ defense...never. I can't imagine that will fly. What's wrong with Rudi? I just dropped the nick which rhymes with...Shick!Rudi?5 sacks (5 points), 4 T/O (8 points) - box score from Yahoo that I checked earlier said the 49ers lost 4 fumbles, but NFL.com only lists 3. I've played in both types of leagues. When drafting a TEAM DEFENSE, doesn't seem fair to penalize them for a QB throwing an INT for a TD.I think most leagues avoid it simply because it makes things easier to figure out...you can look at the final score and determine how many points were allowed. But, I personally think that's the wrong way to do it, and the fairest way is to just look at the points allowed by the defense and special teams. I'd feel that way no matter what the situation was or whose team was involved.Either way, I never expected to survive past this week so I'm happy to at least have a chance...however slight it is.Rudi, I've never played in a league where you would not be penalized for SF scoring those points even though they are not a direct result of the AZ defense...never. I'd have been toast if I didn't have it this week.My take on the defense... I always wished I could find a league that only scored points given up by the defense, but have never found one... IMO if there's nothing clear stating otherwise, it's points allowed by the team.
I had immunity... is there any reason to add up my score this week?
I'm not dead yet.Losing Walker/Burleson early was brutal though.
Keep it up, Lt2 and my 5th round selection of Donovan McNabb is what's keeping me afloat. You just never know in this format.I'm not dead yet.Losing Walker/Burleson early was brutal though.

No, you're not at all...in fact I think you are through to week 5.I'm not dead yet.Losing Walker/Burleson early was brutal though.

It would be great if the people who have immunity were highlighted so it doesn't look like they got booted...ie me!Also we should color code those no longer in it. I think Unlucky Fred and Clayon are out in our league but it would be nice to view it that way.Yup.I'm too lazy to figure this out, am I safe?

Which is why taking Taylor over Johnson is even a better pick for you. I remember thinking that at the time but forgot to mention it as it seemed minor at the time.Anyway, I've only got 0 QB's for McNabb's bye week unless Brunell gets injured next week, so things are going to be very interesting.I'll be shocked if I make it through the next round. I've got Collins, Holmes, Moore, and Wiggins on bye next week with Vick and Warner banged up. Luckily we're moving to 2 week totals . . .
somehow, I survived to the 2-week elimination periods without my top-3 WRs (Walker,Burleson,Moulds) or top TE (E.Johnson) doing anything.Looks like the staff is working over the message boarders in league 2, while things are evened up in league 1.No Amnesty this week per rules.
