Standard scoring flex Cooper or Mixon (1 Viewer)

Standard scoring (except you must get 40 yds rec or 50 rushing for points to count TD's worth 8).  Do I start Mixon against Ravens or Cooper against Giants?  Thanks in advance for advice.  Leaning Mixon but he has been pretty quiet till last week.

I'd go Cooper, just a way higher floor as the NFL's most targeted WR.
