There are two very accurate sources1) MLB.com post the lineups for each team in the SCOREBOARD section (it will say "box" at the right when posted). These are usually about an hour before each game is to start but occassionally will be slightly earlier.2) Each of the MLB.com team columnists often post the starting lineups either (sometimes both) on the team website or on their own blogs (which you can find a link to on the team website or by searching for that writer)

Rotoworld.com has a "daily lineup" thread every day that when someone gets a lineup, they post it. They are usually listed about 3-4 hours before game time. The thread is always pinned.
