We are nearing the point of the offseason in which many startup dynasty drafts are held. In the next three weeks leading up to the NFL draft, I will be posting a series of polls asking about how you see this year's dynasty drafts unfolding.

The polls will be based on the following lineup in a 12 team league-

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex (RB, WR, TE) K, D

As far as scoring, assume 4 points for passing TDs and PPR for all positions.

If you vote for other, please post and let us know who you voted for.

(1.01) 1. Ladanian Tomlinson, RB

(1.02) 2. Steven Jackson, RB

(1.03) 3. Larry Johnson, RB

(1.04) 4. Reggie Bush, RB

(1.05) 5. Frank Gore, RB

(1.06) 6. Brian Westbrook, RB

(1.07) 7. Clinton Portis, RB

(1.08) 8. Joseph Addai, RB

(1.09) 9. Laurence Maroney, RB

(1.10) 10. Larry Fitzgerald, WR

(1.11) 11. Peyton Manning, QB

(1.12) 12. Willie Parker, RB

(2.01) 13. Maurice Jones Drew, RB

(2.02) 14. Ronnie Brown, RB

(2.03) 15. Adrian Peterson, RB

(2.04) 16. Steve Smith, WR

(2.05) 17. Rudi Johnson, RB

(2.06) 18. Chad Johnson, WR

(2.07) 19. Willis McGahee, RB

(2.08) 20. Shaun Alexander, RB

(2.09) 21. Reggie Wayne, WR

(2.10) 22. Carson Palmer, QB

(2.11) 23. Antonio Gates, TE

(2.12) 24. Torry Holt, WR

(3.01) 25. Roy Williams, WR

(3.02) 26. Anquan Boldin, WR

(3.03) 27. Andre Johnson, WR

(3.04) 28. Cadillac Williams, RB

(3.05) 29. Cedric Benson, RB

(3.06) 30. Calvin Johnson, WR

(3.07) 31. DeAngelo Williams, RB

(3.08) 32. Lee Evans, WR

Just about this entire board is way too high on Michael Turner, I mean a lot of you would rather have him than Walker, Evans, CJ2, Benson, or even some of the many QBs available? I know the guy has tremendous potential, but I just don't see a guy who isn't a starter and is far from a guarantee going ahead of those guys.

A number of guys who aren't a guarantee have gone ahead of Turner. If you beleive he'll get a starting gig and he has the talent to succeed, I don't think this is too high at all for him to go. There will be a number of WRs at your next pick but the young RBs are getting very thin.

I am sure I read, heard and maybe even made this argument a couple of years back with Larry Johnson. will Turner eventually have that type of prodction both in the NFL and FF? Doubtful, but if someone understands the risk there are plenty things worse to do going into the late 3rd/early 4th round.

I'm more risk averse when it comes to guys that are not drafted that high in the NFL Draft. Whereas LJ was 1st rounder, Turner was 2nd day. That makes me leary of him.

There is FBG content that mathematically shows how players drafted in higher rounds statistically have a very clear advantage of emerging later in their careers. Whereas lower round guys relatively tend to explode immediately or not at all. Now Turner may very well be the exception, but I don't think he justifies going ahead of guys that are on the same level of player he is, in a better situation, and with an established pedigree from the NFL and/or Draft. Especially in a PPR, when Turner hasn't shown to be all too talented at receiving.

Maroney, Steve Smith... leaning RB here unless there's a big drop in QB or WR...

Brees - VY - Leinart... not a big difference IMO

Walker / Colston - Mavin - Housh... a bit of a drop here, but hopefully one of JW or MC will be there on the turnaround.

KW2 is too risky, Shockey is good, but don't see the value here.

KJ, Lynch and Turner are pretty close in value IMO.

TRADE DOWN!

I'll take Turner, but it's a close call.
