In the LB ranking thread, someone brought up a point I've thought about as well...I'd love to see a listing of the stats for the MLB position in Seattle, or the SLB position in Miami, or the SS in Indianapolis.I know you can piece together a general idea if you take the players listed at those positions and add their stats, but that's pretty rough, since so many players move around on defense. Adding Mike Doss's stats to Bob Sanders's stats wouldn't be accurate for the Colts' SS spot because both were on the field together at times. I'm sure there are tons of examples of LBs switching around, even within a game.Does anyone know of an existing compilation of stats per position per team? If not, I hereby request it from FBG (but know it would be a ton of work unless there's some stat details available that I don't know about).

I kind of doubt you will see this info. It would require someone to log where each player was lined up on each defensive play to determine which position earned credit for the tackle/assist/int/pdef/etc...Not even the playbooks do this and I highly doubt it is something elias tracks.
