Bell complained to Gase after last weeks touches so I feel he’s going to get a lot of usage and especially if they get up on Miami which they should. So I would go Shepard as I see this week being the Bell show for the Jets

I have both (and also Amendola) and would not start Shephard this week. First, Anderson has a better matchup. Second, I just like to see how he does after coming back and will he be playing a full complement of downs?
