I think in dynasty he is a good buy low guy. This season however, the Giants are very comfortable with Toomer a proven and reliable player continuing to start. I do believe though that Smith will be Toomer's replacement to play along side Plax in the near future. I think you have to temper your enthusiasim for this season of Smith.
