Report: Steve Smith expected to play on Sun.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Steve Smith (questionable, knee) is expected to play against the Saints in Week 2 "barring an unforeseen setback."
Head coach Ron Rivera expected Smith to play "without a doubt" after being limited in practice this week. Smith is a WR1 on Sunday against a New Orleans defense that could be without two of their top three cornerbacks, Jabari Greer (questionable, groin) and Johnny Patrick (out, thigh). Smith caught seven passes for 106 yards in Week 1 against the Bucs while dealing with the lingering knee issue.

Stewart and Smith both warming up. Seem to be OK. Smith, in particular, looks like he's full-speed.
