Streaming NFL games online... (1 Viewer)

I have no intentions to drop $300 just to watch some games on Sundays. So to all you sharks out there, what are some websites that I can use that streams the games online?

Don't do it, the online is horrible. Suck it up and get Directv. You can call them and work out deal with your other packaging. Unless you are one of those guys that just has satelite for the ticket.

With all the silly stuff people spend money on, I find it hard to believe that $300 is not a good value for the amount of enjoyment the type of people that post on this forum get from having access to every football game for 17 weeks.

I refuse to pay for several reasons. First, $300 is alot of money to me. Second, compared to other television programming it is way overpriced. Third, it is overpriced because there is no competitive market--the NFL and DirectTV have a monopoly. That's wrong. It's a violation of Anti-Trust and I wouldn't support something that runs so contrary to the basic principles of Capitalism.

 Entering into a contract for exclusive rights is about as capitalistic as it gets. HTH.

BTW, you've got $50+ a month to blow on high-speed internet but won't fork over $300 for DTV's package.

They will work out a deal with you if you talk to the right people. I've had the Ticket since year 1 and this was far and away the best discount they have ever given me. $149 with free superfan is cheap.

You have your opinion and want to waste your money on a product that violated anti-trust. That's fine. But please don't question how I spend my money. First, I don't spend $50/month on Internet. Second, I use Internet for work. Now, to the point. You have not read Adam Smith's primary text on Capitalism, The Wealth of Nations. He warns against monopolies as being the greatest threat to free markets. Capitalism is based on choice and competition. What choice and competition is there if you want to watch something other than Direct TV? Exclusive contracts may be a part of debased American capitalism but it is not part of classical capitalism.

You don't care. Fine. I do care and choose to spend my money and time otherwise.

I am watching the Pats Eagles game just fine on the Justin TV site. The Baltimore game I couldn't find.
