I payed my subscription(Cleared) and downloaded WinAmp. I am now trying to watch ESPN channel 12. I can hear it, but there is no picture. What am I doing wrong, if anything?

i don't have what you are talking about but sometimes problems like this are due to a missing video codec.

Go to the help section. You should be able to find instructions. This happen to me. You will have to download some zip files place those zip file into a win amp folder. Download a program to configure your codecs. Sorry I can't point you to the help page because I'm at work and I am blocked from that site. If you have trouble finding the instructions you can pm me tonight and I will help you out.
