subtracting points for missed FG (1 Viewer)

I am a guy who drafts a kicker with my last pick every year, but the points changed in our league this year to subtract points for a missed FG.

Length of Field Goal Made 0-39 3 Test

Length of Field Goal Made 40-49 4 Test

Length of Field Goal Made 50-59 5 Test

Length of Field Goal Made 60-99 6 Test

Length of Missed Field Goal 0-29 -3 Test

Length of Missed Field Goal 30-39 -2 Test

Length of Missed Field Goal 40-49 -1 Test

Length of Missed Field Goal 50-99 0 Test

Extra Points 0-10 1 point each Test

Extra Points Missed 0-10 -1 point each

so I was wondering if any of you have been in a league like this, and if you have, does this change how early you draft a kicker? because a Nate Kaeding looks pretty good compared to a guy that misses 10 field goals a year. I can imagine losing a week because my kicker gives me negative 3 points for the week.

just looking for some input from people who have had this in their league, thanks

You draft kickers? Isn't that what the waiver wire is for?
 I'm not drafting a kicker or tight end this year, nor part 2 of my DEF Committee. Rather hold 2 extra RBs and another WR or two thru the end of camp and make drop/adds the day before the season kicks off. Somewhere around round 11 guys like R. Mendenhall or J. Norwood would still be available in my league, good time to grab them while everyone else is fighting over TEs that will only end up making a 1 pt/week difference if any.
