Update on Fletcher and Carter from teh Washington Post blog, from about one hour ago:

Tarp Just Coming Off/Andre Carter And London Fletcher Fitness Tests

One end zone is now exposed to the elements, and end Andre Carter is running on the sidelines with the trainers watching. Carter (foot) is hoping to play. Carter has all of his lower body pads on and just a t-shirt up top, and just headed back to the locker room.

London Fletcher is now on the field, too, testing his foot injury. Fletcher is moving well, and seems to be okay while applying pressure to his foot. Fletcher is in sweat clothes, is running well in mobility drills and I'm still guessing he plays.

It's pretty frigid and the rain is pelting down very hard now.

I'd say right now that Fletcher is "Probable", and Carter is "Questionable" or "Doubtful". I've benched Carter in the league I have him (Ray Edwards), but if I had Fletcher I'd play him. The matchup is awesome, and the soggy weather means more running.Oops, edit, from the same source (this has the actives/inactives for both the Giants and 'Skins):

The Giants are without:

Analysis: RB Clinton Portis is active and will start, so he’s safe to start in fantasy leagues. LB London Fletcher is also active and a nice option for IDP leaguers. The weather is very bad in Washington, so look for the running games to be featured.
