It was about where the facemask occurred - that’s not a judgement call. It’s either a score or it’s not, determined by where the penalty occurred.

I believe the rules guy on the broadcast mentioned that it isn't a foul until the grab and twist or grab and pull. Just a grab isn't a foul, there has to be a second act before it is a foul. That didn't happen until the endzone.
