Survivor Cagayan (1 Viewer)

I don't get the Kass for all star love. She has no social game, is terrible at challenges and her only move cost her the game. Being a ##### doesn't make you an all star imo
What makes you an all star is if the producers think you're good for ratings.

Heard an interview with Cochran, where he was talking about what makes Kass so fascinating to him as a viewer, and thought he had an interesting take on it.

She's essentially the same pseudo-strategical flip-flopping basket case we've seen dozens of times by now, including with Tony this season. Except that with all the rest of them, they're manic, hyper-interested game players. Whereas Kass seems to be almost devoid of the capacity for facial expression or actual human feeling. She gives off the same eerie feeling you got seeing Hannibal Lecter describe eating a victim -- like he's describing doing the laundry. Totally disconnected. The things that should go with her penchant for chaos are totally absent in her personality. Gives an odd lizard-like feel to her whole persona, which is something we haven't seen on the show before.

I thought it was interesting.
Love me some Cochran.

Does this also mean that at final tribal, Kass is going to peel back her human skin revealing a lizard like alien? That would be awesome (and the only way she could win).

Great take by Cochran.

I received an early clue to Kass' personality when she boasted two or three episodes in that in her litigation career, she specializes in conducting "trial by ambush." Which is great, except that judges universally hate that, opposing counsel swiftly spread the the word that you're unscrupulous, and the system has many checks that prevent such silly gameplaying instead of embracing your case on its merits. So it was clear almost immediately that she was some sort of misfit/sociopath.

So in watching the preview for the finale they

mention 3 tribal councils which some people in this thread meant it will be a final 2 this season. However, isn't it considered a tribal council when the finalists give their speeches and answer

questions from the jury? If that is the case, that would support a standard final 3.

4 remaining contestants - 3 tribals = 1 sole survivor
I thought Woo, Tony, Spencer, Kass and J'tia are still left

J'Tia was the fourth person out.

It's really odd the way she provokes people but remains emotionally detached. And then since she is calm while the other person isn't, she seems to think she is the innocent victim.

He's jokingly admitting to MOPMath

All lawyer tactics

The AMA is awesome.

In season twelve, Panama/Exile Island, Aras and Shane found a brick of cocaine on the beach. Shane wanted to keep it and take a bump before challenges to give them an edge, but production stepped in and took it away.

I hope they institute a social media ban in the future (which I'll elaborate on later). I avoided them but caught one in this thread and it impacted how I viewed the remainder. One part just came true, we'll see if part 2 falls in line.

This is Tony's to lose now. The jury had to be impressed with the fake all powerful idol move. Really unsure what the vote is if it is Woo vs. Kass ... unless of course she goes into with the argument she told her husband she'd use.. then I think Woo wins by default.

Wow, I imagine you could drop Woo and Tony in an hour before Kass and she'll still win the final part of the challenge, we will see.

Yep, as expected based on an earlier twitter comment where Tash and Spencer say "There were only 2 brains on the Brain tribe". I felt sure that neither of them made it, and I didn't think they would say that if Kass still had a shot at the million.

This tribal explains why Woo was so excited when they did the first look in at the green room. Trish with one of the more impassioned speeches in recent memory.

Spencer selling Tony much better than Tony did.
Spencer's speech was the classic argument for why Tony should be the choice by a huuuuge margin. What's always fascinating about this game though is you can't know these people like their fellow competitors do, and Tony clearly pissed a lot of them off. Also you have some whiny spoiled brats on the jury who will vote with their bitterness.

Only Tasha with the bitter vote, Tony should cut a good size check to Spencer.

Happy with Tony winning if Spencer couldn't.

Woo is a genuinely nice guy. I hate that they rubbed it in his face with the million dollar decision.
He's really an idiot though. This is not an honorable game, it's not martial arts. He thinks he played according to his moral code or whatever, hey that's great, but that's not Survivor.

Agreed. I would have taken Kass in a heartbeat. And it figures that Tyler Perry came up with the dumb special power idol.

Morgan is going to be a fat pig in 10 years. Don`t think Kass will be back anytime soon. Got no play at all from Jeff.
