Survivor Season 48 -These Legs Belong in a Museum (5 Viewers)

I STRONGLY feel like going through bags should be 100% outlawed.

I will die on this hill.
Honestly don’t care either way but if you are going to do it at least do it well. Still amazes me that the 3 guys didn’t even think there was a chance they were being played. Again, Thomas blew it as his steal a vote could have guaranteed his safety but search the bag with just your alliance there not your enemy. Also, Thomas double blew it by not looking himself. If you feel you are on the line, you do the search.
It was incredibly dumb for them to do the bag search with Kamilla present. You can't steal an idol in US Survivor, so if they found something, it would mean that they would switch their target to Kamilla -- and Kamilla would know that.

Ep 4
Green tribe
Surgeon Cedryk has cold, shaky hands - you know, not good for a surgeon even if it's for the backside where you can't see the mis-cuts. Something just doesn't sit right.
Villainous Marketer Sai already surmising that she made a commitment to someone that put her in the position. Didn't take long. D'awww, left a beach note for Counselor Mary to come idol hunting - all 3 need it before they break up the broken band, err re-shuffle the tribes.

6v6v3 becomes 5v5v5 (Cedryk and Sai fall into the same new tribe). Mary apologizes in advance for the green camp.
Throw out what we thought we knew... it's now a storyline episode with the mix-up. But hey, we get to meet new people.

Purple tribe
4 Girls = power
Autistic Eve no longer has Joe, but hits it off with Stuntman David over the love of jet skis. She only works with well with men and he's got 3 sisters. David still on the 'water is bleh' trip and loves chocolate milk - but somehow is the fit guy on the island. Flight Attendant Charity does the opposite of most people when talking about being close to others - oh no, she and David are tight, he'll do whatever she wants. Thinks she has him on lockdown. Yet.. David relays that he hasn't trusted Charity since day 1 and wants to vote her out. LOL

Eve vs Sales Star remains. Immediately Eve offers the rest of the new tribe Star as a sacrificial offering as a vote - no old tribe allegiance here. Announces Star has the Beware Advantage. She's just bean flavored tea - spilling both (beans and tea). Originally an episode 1 darling, Eve continuously shows a lot of issues for long game play.

Orange tribe
PR Bianca is on the bottom with no original tribe members (and no vote - lost it on journey), says to Sai that she'd like to work with her and Cedryk - and Sai says 'get a vibe first'. Yup, there's a crack for Bianca to use... but don't think she should try to fill it (get with other side).

Bonding - Cedryk reveals to Stutterer Mitch that he stuttered at an early age and it can still trigger to happen. Cedryk still thinks Sai is loyal to him.
Meanwhile Sai is dishing Cedryk info to Bianca. Finally getting an edit is Firefighter Chrissy thinking that Bianca is an easy vote since she's solo.

Green tribe
All 3 California Girls = power
No original greens...LOL - they get to camp and see what has lost every challenge (no tools, flint, tarp, etc). Unhoused or homeless - whatever you want to call it.
Musicman Thomas' black eye is healing some. He gets another edit reminding us he can steal a vote and no one knows. Attorney Kyle has an idol and Software Engineer Kamilla has an extra vote. They act like they were oppositional sides with old tribe, but were working together. Kamilla plants the seeds of doubt on Thomas regarding the journey - he couldn't 'walk away' like he said he did.

(new Green says the losing streak ends today)
Challenge - Lift sandbags, roll a 10-ft cube through the sand to get up to additional sandbags, toss saandbags through frame to land on a barrell, dig up a puzzle piece and complete the puzzle finish. Mitch is on fire - with those underhand tosses. Purple goes from 2 portions back to first. Green was close to first, but wrong - and goes (back?) to tribal. For the first time, all 3 original Green do not go to tribal.

Play both the idol and the extra vote vs the California Girls? Survive a day. Kamilla watches on as Professor Shauhin searches Kyle's bag - finds nothing (idol was in a shoe in the bag). Kamilla gives Kyle her extra vote so it doesn't look like they are playing together?
Tribal: All talk of an easy vote with 3 strong California Girls. Kyle plays his idol (3). Adding insult to injury = Thomas (2) goes to jury with a black eye and a steal a vote in his pocket.

Idols: It's like the second week now, but Star is still working on the Beware Advantage.
These are good writeups!

Yep! Much appreciated since we missed over half of the episode last night due to weather coverage of tornadoes and storms in the area.

I am not a crier. I go years in between cries. Famously amongst family and friends, the last movie I cried at was Armageddon. Yes, the one with Bruce Willis. When he sacrificed himself for his daughter and she touched the screen, it caught me off guard. Almost cried at Up, but thankfully my son lost it in the opening montage and I said "I got him!" and ran out of there. I have now cried 3 times in 5 weeks thanks to 2 episodes of Survivor (with the real life passing of a friend that made me truly sob). Truly a touching moment.

This episode would have been just about perfect, and yet Sai still plays. After proving again and again what a terrible player she is, she is again saved and this time is even more baffling than before. I knew instantly that Cedrek would screw it up. I am absolutely befuddled by Chrissy's vote. I finally figured out who Chrissy is, and was liking her, right up until she made me watch the previews (which I normally skip) because I couldn't figure out if it was her or Mitch who voted for Bianca. I do not understand it. It frustrates me. You can now see her going a long way in the game thanks to goat status. Super frustrating.

I was convinced that Eva was not going to complete the challenge and that people were gonna rally around her and cheer for her to finish. Amazing feat for her to be able to calm an episode and finish it. Star really moved up for me this week by showing compassion and understanding. Totally shocked she gave her the idol though.

Updated Tiers (my tears, apparently):
  • Rooting to win - Joe remains my favorite.
  • Pulling for - Eva, Mitch, Shauhin, Mary, Kyle, Kamilla, David all remain stable, would be happy with any of them.
  • Slight lean positive - Star. Showed a lot of compassion and understanding. I guess Charity lands here, I just noticed I failed to put her in a tier. She's close to dropping to the next one down, but for this week, the next tier belongs to 1.
  • Strong lean negative - Chrissy - She remains in a tier by herself, but I definitely know who she is now. Really liked her all through the episode but I am baffled at her choice. She can move up but had to make a new tier for her.
  • Can't stand - Sai and Cedrek. Got rid of the don't like tier. Can't stand Sai, she's entitled and arrogant and clueless. I moved Cedrek up a tier last week but I won't move him again the rest of the season. Can't stand him. If I was going under the knife and he was my surgeon, I would just say "I'd rather take my chances with whatever is wrong".

Great episode and actually a great television moment. You could tell Joe was itching to go help her. The reaction from the others was nice too (including Star).

That said, how long will it be before someone says "we have to split those two up post haste" and "none of us are beating Joe, so..."?

Agree that Chrissy's vote was peculiar. Just because Bianca didn't tell you about her voting status, it doesn't mean you should immediately move off of Sai. At least tell your ally Mitch what's going on. If Cedrick told you he's voting Bianca, then it's 2 votes for Sai and she's gone... and then deal with Bianca, who will know that Cedrick backstabbed her and voted her with the info she gave him, which would likely result in the other 3 voting for Cedrick next time.

The best kept secrets are those that are actually kept. Oh Bianca, just stay silent and let it go 2-2 with tie-breaker. Worst case, they find out you didn't tell anyone about your no vote clause. It's game play, they'd get over it. Either way, you stick around for one more day/TC. Time enough to look for an idol/advantage.

And if you keep silent, it appears the tribes will be mixed up again next week. You may have been reunited with old friends.

I bet she loved watching this episode air last night.

That said, how long will it be before someone says "we have to split those two up post haste" and "none of us are beating Joe, so..."?
Joe will be targeted in the early-to-mid merge as "challenge beasts" almost always are. Though being in a secret alliance with Kamilla and Kyle may help him get farther than his archetype usually does.

I can see Eva's fate being similar to Elaine's in S39. Around final 7, the others say, "we don't want to vote you out, but we have to because you will beat us all if you get to the end."

I was excited to see that secret alliance form. It seemed genuine.

I agree with everyone, Joe stands out so much from all the other players that they will vote him out. And I truly believe he's ok with that. One of my favorite contestants ever and I bet he gets an invite to Survivor 50.

Outside of Sai and Cedrick, this is pretty likable cast. I was bummed to see stupid Bianca go. So dumb.

The casting department has been killing it the past few seasons IMHO.

as Eva was starting to spiral on the challenge, I was convinced that she was either going to quit it or have a meltdown. and then right when she was at that point, she did this thing where she clicked into terminator mode, and finished the challenge. you could see the change on her face when she locked in. and she finished it, and THEN had the meltdown. I'm willing to bet that's a learned behavior, where she realizes that she's losing control and then does something internally to be able to focus. very powerful stuff, and I'm rooting for her.

and Joe is a saint. still my #1. hopefully he can dodge the snakes and win this thing.

Really good stuff
Eager beaver sai is awful. I can’t believe her tribe didn’t flush the idol immediately. Downgrade them all.
Cedrick is extra dumb. Bold still stands. Except Mary.
Jiminy he’s bad. And Chrissy….what the actual…

Great episode. Mitch is the least likely challenge beast. Maybe ever?
Mitch is awesome and last night was awesome. I hope Mitch, Joe or Eva wins. As a dad, I can only imagine how proud his family must be. Any good dad would have done the exact same. Mark my words that he’ll do just fine even if he doesn’t win. Any Survivor fan has to buy him drinks and food wherever they see him. It may put a target on his back but if he plays it right, he’ll be in great position to speak to the jury.

Also, WTF is Cedrick doing? I can’t figure him out at all. His decision making is otherworldly bad. I still can’t figure out in my mind how Kristy and he voted out Bianca without telling Mitch and/or Sai. Bianca never said she didn’t have a vote so they couldn’t split the vote on the chance that she had an idol. They would have needed Sai for that.

Okay. I'm that guy when it comes to Survivor I just never get caught up in the sad back stories. Most, it not all just feel scripted and with purpose to me. This one felt different. Just a wonderful moment for Eva and just great television. You make Jeff cry? My goodness that was just one of those magical moments. Joe. My man. Solid. Now back to the game. Who in the world would want to sit final 3 with Joe or Eva at this point?

Cedrick is just a train wreck. I'm trying to figure out Chrissy. She was so anti Sai, and then voted for Bianca. I'm guessing Cedrick went to her and told her about the no vote. This made Chrissy swing the other way since there was something in hiding. Maybe Mitch knew and threw a vote on Sai in case Bianca was playing them and had an idol. Mitch seemed to comfort her quickly as if he felt bad. I'm still clueless on her reasoning.

Wait, what did I miss? Did Bianca tell Cedrick she had no vote? I completely missed that since she spent the whole episode saying that she couldn’t tell anyone, which made sense.

Yes, she kept the secret right until they started walking to tribal council. The lateness of the information probably scared Cedrick as well. Also probably helped sway Chrissy and she just reacted.

OMG, I think we skipped a little there. Now it makes more sense. How can people be so stupid? At one point, Thomas and Bianca looked like a really interesting duo and they both blow their chance to survive the past two weeks.

Yes, just before tribal she told Cedrick she had no vote, in hopes that he would vote Sai and her lack of vote would not be revealed.

We weren’t shown that Cedrick must have told Chrissy and they both decided to vote for Bianca.

Cedrick was the worst person to confide in because lost-vote shenanigans had already made things difficult for him and he can’t bring himself to get rid of Sai. But Bianca didn’t know any of that.

It seems like Cedrick wants Sai out of the game but doesn’t want to be the one to do it.

Getting around to this week without reading spoilers above.

Ep 5
Challenge - Course to throw sandbags at targets, bounce balls into a basket, team carry basket, roll balls into holes at end of wood runway. PE Coach Mitch (not throwing underhanded this time) is still on fire with both targets and bouncing! Surgeon Cedryk with the abysmal bounce that nearly went backwards - LOL. Reward Sanctuary for Purple

Marketing Sai just can't stop getting in her own way - but sure does know how to market her bad side. When asked by host to say how it feels to lose, goes on a rant about poor winmanship by Purple who were also asked by the host. No donut for you! (but maybe some Sour Patch Kids wrappers).

Sanctuary - will there be an idol in play? Autistic Eva setting sights on another mis-fire on social cues - Flight Attendant Charity this time.
Stuntman David is about the milk (queue the soft love song in the background). Oh the virtues of whole over 2%!

Green tribe
Professor Shauhin and Firefighter Joe are shook at Thomas getting the boot and California Girls is 'ovah'.
Attorney Kyle admits that he did use Software Engineer Kamilla's Extra Vote - wasn't quite sure, just assumed since he had it at the voting table. Seeing if it's mentioned on the number of votes.

Team bonding as some relates to family members overcoming obstacles. Shauhin Iranian refugees, father a POW pilot in Iran/Iraq war. Kamilla parents fleeing Sri Lanka over religious assumptions. Joe is from a mixed family in Virginia tells a tale of segregated water fountains his parents couldn't meet at. They all agree that most people's impressions is that this stuff happened 100s of years ago, but it's just 1 generation before them. Strong edit there...

Orange tribe
PR Bianca stupefied that her #1 Thomas got the boot. Undecided if her being the bottom, but losing a former strong alliance member, works in her favor or not.

Least edited player FireFighter Chrissy gets one showing her at odds with Sai (who sat out Challenge, but first to eat fruit when they get back to camp). Converses with Mitch and both prefer to keep Bianca over Sai at the moment. Bianca (no vote) is on board.

Meanwhile, yet another whiny edit for Sai - they are really portraying her bad - though she seems to make it so easy to do on her own. Remember, she wants to work with strong women, except those that tell her what to do (Chrissy). Quite the dilemma huh? Still thinks she has Cedryk and Bianca under her wing.

Foreshadowing? Sai shown clapping when host mentioned that someone gets voted out out at tribal.
Challenge - Swim to shore pulling a boat. Carry chest on land. Unbraid rope to get chest key. Dig/crawl under a log. Roll balls down a weight balanced table to get the ball thru a maze and into a hole - each member must get 1 ball/not just 1 person doing all 4 balls. Good one for the strength males. With 3 of those, Green dominates and finishes before anyone else has a single ball. Eva and Sai struggle. Eva starts into an Autistic frustration breakdown - hyperventilating second place immunity - it's no longer a secret. Joe the hero! {I'm not crying, you're crying!} Host cries too...
With none of the big males Orange goes to tribal.

Bianca playing the middle trying to get Sai and Chrissy split so if it's a tie, she's not an option. Dumb move - Bianca reveals to Cedryk that she has no vote. How will Cedryk use his vote (chaos voting for - twice - and then not for Sai last time)?

Purple tribe
Bonding over Eva's episode. Star gets a strong / positive edit - admits the Beware Advantage - and gets help. This is something an Autistic person would revel in figuring out - Eva does. Silent. Star gives the idol to Eva as reward. (Remember when Eva was selling Star out?)

Chrissy vs Sai vs another tie clusterbleep, err Bianca.
Tribal: No new information. Sai confused at the math, Chrissy is crystal clear on it. Bianca coundn't keep her trap shut and goes home without a vote.

Idols: Eva (Star's hidden, but tribe knows)

Merge approaches

Yes, just before tribal she told Cedrick she had no vote, in hopes that he would vote Sai and her lack of vote would not be revealed.

We weren’t shown that Cedrick must have told Chrissy and they both decided to vote for Bianca.
Oh, thinking back Cedrick had to have told here because she instantly mentioned there only being 4 votes. She said it so fast it surprised me but if Cedrick told her, now it doesn’t surprise me.

Ep 6
Surgeon Cedryk explains his and Firefighter Chrissy vote against Bianca - only told 5 minutes before tribal and gave the word directly to her. Marketing Sai is pissed to not be in the loop. PE Teacher Mitch has to come clean as the only vote against Sai. Turmoil.

Day 12
Drop your buffs - that was quick after the last switcheroo. 13 currently.
Personal edit episode as they are in limbo/buffless.

Mass dash for an 'in the open' Advantage (for the next challenge) around the combined camp. Flight Attendant Charity making sure Sai does not find it by following her - sees it on a pedestal. But Sai is faster in the brush.

{cue up the Dream Weaver scene from Wayne & Garth} Firefighter Joe and Stuntman David - get this - BOTH drink a GALLON of milk a DAY - mainly chocolate.

PHD Eva wants to have an alliance with the men she's connected with: Joe, David, Attorney Kyle, and Professor Shauhin as they all play an 'honest' game (thus far maybe). Joe doesn't want a backstabbing / lie-to-the-face season. David wants to flip the script of the usual meat shields/challenge beasts going home - let's send the manipulators, socializers, and puzzlers packing (sounds cool in theory - if they can pull it off). Kyle warns that Shauhin may be down for the idea, but will flip quickly.
Kyle's edit admits that he's already lied a lot thus far and Software Camilla is still his #1.
Charity is not going to be a fan favorite with the edit of getting rid of Eva and killing that power duo. At least flush the idol. Tries planting the backstab seeds in Star to ask for the idol back. Star reports that immediately back to Eva/Joe. We got a stand-off for tribal Eva vs Charity.

OG Civa 6 is still the majority.

Day 13 - half way thru the season already.
Challenge - Stage 1 = 2 teams of 6 (Sai's advantage is to sit out, advance to the individual immunity, and a merge meal) - crawl in mud under logs and over/under woodchips. Use grappling hook in a cage to get bag for a key. Run up an incline ramp to grab a net at top to pull the team over. Unlock puzzle to complete. Winning 6 advance to compete individually for immunity + the first merge buff + merge meal. Counselor Mary just slid backwards like reverse monkey bars to skim the mud - impressive. Orange got to the ramp first, but Purple over first. Cedryk (older and heavier) having issues getting up - peeps have to go back down. Closer than it should have been - Purple.
Stage 2 = Balance a volleyball on a plate on a pole, at intervals add extensions to the pole. Everyone looking up at the pole top except David looking straight ahead. Kyle vs Star - 7 pole segments for Kyle to win immunity + Blue buff.

Bonding - Star strongly supporting Cedryk as he has a momentary breakdown.
(I still don't know Cedryk's game - as a surgeon of his age he's definitely made $1mil in earnings - can't be all about the money, but he doesn't come across as the Survivor fanboy type in the edits)

Reward (7) merge meal - (is there an idol in play here?) Gameplay - Star nominated Charity as the group vote. Chrissy says Eva and they know about the idol. It's announced that Mitch has the block a vote so all know.

Cedryk knows he let the entire losing group (6) down. Charity nominates Eva, but says Sai would be the 'easy vote.' Shauhin whispers to the meatshields - Charity is playing too loud and hard (and targeted their ally).
Sai, Cedryk, and Mary mention Charity as the 'easy vote'.
Eva and Charity talk and nominate Sai.

Nice trifecta of votes coming up.
Tribal: Not much new. Star really opening up this episode. Sai drawing some ire over the disfunctional family talk. Charity drawing some eyes about mentioning that it's all about the $. Sai (5), Charity (7), Cedryk (1) - as they said - too loud and too fast while targeting the wrong person. Flight Attendant Charity catches the next flight out - unknown if she's on duty or not.

Idols: Eva (given by Star - tribe knows)

Merge tribe now

Looked like they split the vote because Eva and Joe were on the opposite side. Charity was just dumb like Thomas and Bianca. Being the first to talk strategy heavily after the merge is just not smart. With all the tribe shifts, you can’t be sure your original tribe is locked in so don’t lead the vote. She got targeted in minutes. Sai was such an easy vote and she wasn’t an ally so just roll with it.

I don’t like Sai, but damn, Cedrick and Krissy are going to piss me off every week they stay around. Krissy saying we have to get Sai out made me want to jump through the TV and smack her. How stupid can you be to vote with Cedrick instead of your actual ally Mitch knowing that you had the chance to vote out Sai. Cedrick didn’t screw up a vote this time but he did lose another challenge. He’s a drag along now and there’s literally nothing he can do to win.

Cedrek is going far. He’s no threat to win immunity or the game. But people like him and want him around camp. The others have no reason to vote him out until he’s an impediment to enough of their plans.

It would be perfect if he lost firemaking. That would be a bow on the “Cedrek sucks at the physical part of the game” theme.

More people than usual have a positive edit. Now that Star’s has turned positive, only three people left have something less than that:

Neutral: Chrissy
Negative: Sai
Positive character but negative gameplay: Cedrek

Cedric has now saved Sai 3 times :wall:

At this point people are going to see her as the drag along to the end for guaranteed no votes. :yucky:

I once again cite the example of Abi-Maria, who was twice kept around to drag to the end until her castmates couldn't take it anymore.

I don't think this vote was the work of Cedrek alone. It was basically a split vote by 10 of the 13 cast members. Charity and Mitch were told the vote was Sai. Sai was told the vote was Charity and threw a vote on Cedrek out of spite. Everyone else split their votes among Charity and Sai, with Charity the main target and Sai the backup in case there was an idol or successful SITD. They were fine with either Charity or Sai leaving, but the OG Lagi and Vula prioritized Charity because it would be dangerous to leave 6 OG Civa in the game with 12 people left.

The alliance of David/Joe/Eva/Kyle/Shauhin claim they DON'T want to drag weaker players to the end, but we'll see how that goes. That's what Tony's "lions" alliance said in Winners at War but some "hyenas" made it anyway.

Merge time! It seems a touch early maybe by a player or two, but that's fine. Great edit on the advantage search when you have Charity saying "there's the advantage", then I saw the advantage and she's the only one in the frame. She was running and I was thinking "shouldn't you quietly sneak over and get it" then Sai appears like a velociraptor and snatches it away. Good stuff even if I can't stand Sai (I didn't like Charity much either). Charity really wore on me this episode with a lot of plotting early on, including Eva. Someone said it earlier in the thread, for their game, they need to focus on her, so I can't really blame Charity. What I didn't like was her saying she led David around like a dog and told him what to do.

David meets Joe and they are lactose bros. A gallon of milk a day doesn't seem healthy. I cracked up at Shauhin saying Joe had immaculate pecs (or whatever he said to that effect). I liked the strong players saying they were going to group together and be honest, which included Kyle. On the other hand, I also loved Kyle's "my game is built on deception" and this quiet alliance he has with Kamilla I think is great. For the merge challenge, Mitch again showed he is a quiet challenge beast getting the utterly worthless Cedrik up the rope. As I mentioned earlier, Star really rose up my rankings, there was a lot of compassion and support for Cedrik there, and I loved it. I also loved her calling out family members, who had to be thinking "why am I out here catching strays". Very positive on Star now and hope she does well. Also cracked up as she launched her pen at the tribal vote.

At the tribal, I loved Mary's dog park and butt sniffing reference. I think @Pip's Invitation said it earlier, a whole bunch of people have a positive edit right now. Mary is on my good list.

Updated Tiers (my tears this season, apparently):
  • Rooting to win - Joe remains my favorite.
  • Pulling for - Eva, Star, Mitch, Mary, Kyle, Kamilla, David, and Shauhin. Moved Star up and re-ordered the list
  • Strong lean negative - Chrissy - She remains in a tier by herself, but I definitely know who she is now. Really liked her until last tribal. I think she said this episode "we need to get rid of Sai" and it just infuriated me all over again because she had the power to do it.

The absolute best! Producers did a good job trying to create other possible vote offs, but in the end, the 2 I can't stand went home! I will say they both exited with grace. The only one I don't like is Chrissy, and I thought for a minute she cooked her own goose at tribal. I loved Star's comments to Chrissy "I'm gonna lie, but don't worry guys, not tonight". Star had another good point in the episode by my old brain can't remember it right now.

Epic showdown on the challenge. Cedrek misunderstood the rules and thought the first person to drop wins. I literally turned my head right after Jeff got through speaking and he said "There's the first out" and I knew it was Cedrek. I may not do great in that challenge, but I think Jeff was generous saying it was 20 seconds. I think David gets voted off at some point, he seems to rub people the wrong way. I love the game Kyle and Kamilla are playing under the radar. David seemed to eat up their story on Shaheen very quickly. I'm glad Mitch is still in as well. Just so many likable people.

EP 7
Night - PE Teacher Mitch blindsided as his ally Charity went home and he was not in on the plan - he thought a sweep for Marketing Sai. His 2nd time voting for Sai has made an enemy.
Bonding - Mitch lets Fireman Joe and Professor Shauhin know he used to be mailman Mitch but gave up the good pay and benefits to become a lowly paid teacher because he wanted to do more in life. He's on Joe's list to eliminate since he is a challenge beast and has a story worth telling.

Shauhin is feeling pretty safe, meets up with bottom players Sai, Mitch, and Surgeon Cedryk but he's unlikely to help any of them out.

Challenge - Twist is that they are randomly divided into 2 groups of 6. Longest lasting person in each group gets immunity. Makes for 2 interesting tribal councils in the shortened grouping. Reward for winning group = PB&J meal AND they go to tribal 2nd meaning the first tribal elimination does not go to jury. Grip Strength (men) - Hold onto a pole with coiled rope to hold up 25% of their body weight. LOL - Cedryk is so sad at challenges he loses his grip before the host finishes the intro - please vote him out! Stuntman David and Joe have gone one-handed multiple times. PHD Eva vs Joe (win) and David (win) vs Attorney Kyle respectively. Shauhin with the challenge chant - LOL New US Survivor record for the event, passing the 38 minute mark. Joe 'The Rock' vs David 'Captain America' in a super hero stand-off - but no milk here. Buff Richard Gere, err David wins at nearly an hour!

Mitch unhappy as he's not been on reward yet. (May need to use his Block a Vote - Joe immune is out to get him and has Eva/idol on the vote). Multiple edits today may mean his time is nigh. Though Sai should be the lock - does anyone really want her on jury?

Reward: Meanwhile, Cedryk seems the easy vote - not a popular kid eating PB&J and no allies in the rando group.

Eva says nearly verbatim what Joe said about Mitch earlier.

Hiding in plain sight duo Software Kamilla and Kyle hatching a plan to oust/frame Shauhin. Needs to plant seeds with David and Cedryk.

Firefighter Chrissy also contemplates Mitch's challenge prowess and story, talks with Sales Star. Need to take out physical threats. Star doesn't want to make jury, she's eyeing final 3. Chrissy relays to Eva/Joe that she feels Mitch is more of a threat - comes full circle.

Mitch is off looking for an idol. Plans to use his Block a Vote on Sai which disables her Shot in the Dark as well.

Counselor Mary minimalized in this episode.

Tribal 1: Chrissy sure piles on the plan to be disloyal and resume build - can't be winning favors there. Mitch plays his Block a Vote on Sai - no vote/no shot in the dark. Sai (all 5) the agitator is not on jury.

Tribal 2: Nothing new. Cedryk (5) vs Shauhin (1) - the bunghole expert gets to park his backside on a jury pew.

Idols: Eva - all know

They got the 2 out that needed to be gone.

Before that challenge, my exact words were "I bet my house Cedrek drops first"

I'm not sure how someone could be a surgeon but be so unbelievably bad at anything else even remotely physical. Robots doing all the work these days?

David might still be holding that bucket up if you gave him the right incentive. He was never losing that
