T-Mobile Users Cashed in their Free MLB.TV, right? (1 Viewer)

Hey, I thought I activated this but it isn't showing up.  Do you only have ability to use this while on the phone or what?

It took me several attempts to get registered.  The first three email addresses I tried were already present on MLB.com so they got rejected.  It wasn't obvious that the Tmob activation was failing because the address had already been used.  I kept trying different emails and when I finally found a good one, it was pretty obvious that registration was successful.

Well I used a previously applied MLB.Com email address, it said it was confirmed or at least appeared confirmed.  Yet doesn't appear it went thru.  Guess I'm ####ed.

T-Mobile is doing this again this year but since the promo doesn't start until opening day, I can't watch Spring Training and WBC games

Is there a secret to signing up to reduce blackouts.  I assume if you are from Alaska you will be hit the least?   It seemed like my subscription for Detroit games (with a central Indiana location) they blacked out road games to both Chicago teams, Cincinnati and St. Louis.

ETA:  It seems a VPN is the answer.

Yeah, it's based on source IP so VPN or proxy are you're best bets.

Supposedly, Comcast is streaming Giants and A's games here this season w/out blackouts so between the two, I'll be able to watch all games.  I mostly end up watching games with West Coast start times so I'll really miss Vin Scully and **** Enberg this year.

I may need to pull this off in Italy when I go full time.
