Please read the bolded question at the bottom, if you want to skip my personal scenario. Ok. So I am in one league where I have the 1.6 pick and Drew Brees and trash at QB. Lynch/Helu/Forte at RB and Meachem/Wallace/JBaldwin/Hankerson/Gettis/Lafell sitting at WR. The guy behind me kind of likes to just "reset" every few years in different leagues where he just gets as many rookie picks as he falls in love with the next big thing every year. After doing that this year, he is left with Freeman/Gabbert at QB. Has holes everywhere and picks 1.1, 1.7, 1.8, 1.11, 1.12, 2.1, 2.11 and 2.12.
The guy at 1.5 has Fitz/Flacco/Smith as QB and thinking he will go QB.
Do I take the QB here and try and "screw" the guy at 1.7 and try to get as many draft picks as I can?
Do I just take whats best for my team? Which prob would be WR.
Do I take QB and keep him, since I need one in a few years with Brees turning 34 this season?
Thanks for any responses. I offered 1.6 for 1.7/1.8 combo, but naturally, he turned it down.
How far do you let Luck or RG3 slip before you draft them just because the value is too high?
