How do you manage the guys in these situations.

(as I read this article the coaching strategy seems to be to minimize the risk of injury to RB-stud until the team can build a stronger o-line either in the off season or in practice. The fantasy implication is keeper value and second-half sensation value.

I'm thinking of buying Alexander low next week.

Alexander runs nothing like the SA you remember from 2005 and earlier.

He is running VERY timid these days and not hitting holes or running hard at all. I would use his soft schedule as an opportunity to SELL him, not buy him.
