The Phins did not want to start Tannehill this year but Moore's pathetic play forced their hand. I have to think this is the end of Moore's career as a possible starter for NFL teams.

Anyone think Moore sees a start again, barring a Tannehill injury?

I think he could win the Cardinals job relatively easily, but there may not be any other teams that he would represent an upgrade to right now, barring injury.
