TD/ST Strategy HELP (1 Viewer)

Standard 12 team league. 

I drafted Wash TD (vs Buf this week) and have been running them out there both weeks.  Not great but I still think they can emerge as a quality every week unit.  In the meantime I have thoughts.

Panthers are on WW.  They play HOU.  Or Raiders vs MIA with a dinged up Tua.  Looking for opinions.

1)  Is Wash in fact a legit set it and fix it (excepting say DAL or KC etc)?

2)  Are either of the two available options a good choice for this week instead? 

I would have to drop one of Wash TD, Kirk, L Murray, T Sermon to add one of these TDs.

I wouldn't drop any of the position players but wouldn't have any issue dropping Was Def if you think the other options will be better
