Ok i havent seen anyone post any info on him.He is the Packers 5th rounder this year. It looks like he is around the same height and was a little stronger a little faster than finley coming out of college and has a better vertical to boot.

Sounds like he is a good blocker and pass catcher.

Good report on him from CBS

He has Sleeper Material written all over him. With Donald Lee out 2 weeks and Finley 3-6 he could prove worthy of a spot in leagues where you have some roster space.

On sunday with finley out he was targeted 6 times and had 4 catches for 51 yds.

anyone want to add any coal to the fire for this train?

he was actively targeted and had at least 1 for sure red zone target. Hopefully he doesn't have a Donald Lee fumbling problem that gets people hurt.

When I watche dthe Packers in preseason they seemed to have a lot of good things to say about him but I suppose that could have just as easily been just preseason chatter while covering the 4th quarter of a preseason game.

 
I wouldn't mind taking a flyer on him. I am grabbing Heath Miller too with Ben coming back. But there is only one Jerimichael Finley.

 
Lots of raw talent at Penn State but was in Paterno's dog house a lot, reportedly due to maturity issues. Thought I read some comment that he was a 3rd round talent taken in the 5th because of those issues.

The stories I've heard from my Penn St alumni friends were not good ones, serious mental midget issues but when it comes to combing waivers for gold these are the types of guys you take shots on.

Huge Penn State fan, watched every game of his at PSU. He has top 10-15 NFL TE talent, but he seemed disinterested half the time. I wouldn't be surprised if he was out of the NFl in a year. On the flip side, if he becomes mentally tough and dedicated he could have an exceptional career catching passes. He was never a great blocker, but that could have been due to his lack of interest in blocking. His skills as a receiving Te are very very good.
 
He could contribute to your team until Finley comes back. The Packers are definitely playing him in Finley's role. However, as a dynasty stash, I'd look elsewhere. He's going to be Finley's backup for a long time.
