Pretty straight forward. Here are the team totals for all RB production in a standard scoring format (.1 per rushing/reciving yard, 6 pts per TD, 0 ppr). The total represents all production from anyone that played that position in any of those years all added together.
KC 1337.6
SD 1305.45
NYG 1096.8
DEN 1096.3
NE 1081.1
PIT 1067.2
SEA 1029.3
WAS 995.6
JAX 979.6
GB 966.8
PHI 962.6
ATL 961.8
IND 954.6
STL 944.8
DAL 928.6
CHI 917.3
NO 906.4
HOU 903
CIN 887.4
NYJ 883.6
CAR 879.4
MIN 874.95
SF 857.6
TB 855
DET 792.5
BAL 786.9
TEN 775.8
BUF 737.1
MIA 735.7
OAK 725.9
ARI 695.35
CLE 583.3
Clearly there is limited value to these numbers, as players, coaches, and systems may have changed dramatically in that time. However, it should be a decent tool to evaluate how players going from one team to another may do.
For example, Henry leaves a Bottom 6 team in RB production and joins a Top 4 team in RB production. I was a bit surprised to see New England so high on the list as their baseline rushing totals have not been great in recent years (although they have scored a lot of TD). Even with Tiki Barber leaving the Giants, I suspect that their replacement(s) will be undervalued heading into the season (unless they bring in a true stud somehow).
