Bradshaw with more carries than Jacobs? Jacobs played all of last year hurt, I'd project about the same split but in Jacob's favor. I also can't agree with Nicks getting the ball more than Smith. Manning trusts Smith, and he is the possession WR, not Nicks, but we shall see.

You may be right, but Jacobs just looked so bad last year. Not that Bradshaw was all that much better (in the running game), but I think Bradshaw adds more of a threat to the offense (in large part because of his receiving skills) and should get more playing time in place of Jacobs. But Jacobs could certainly bounce back.

I do have Smith with more receptions than Nicks (but Nicks with more yards).

Bradshaw was MUCH better than Jacobs. And if Jacobs was hurt so was Bradshaw. If the OL was bad for Jacobs, it was bad for Bradshaw.

Bradshaw: 4.8 yards per carry

Jacobs: 3.7 yards per carry

I watched enough games to see that Bradshaw was simply a far superior back last season. He is younger and more versatile.

It seems to me that if Bradshaw stays healthy he will get a share of the carries that is closer to what Tiki got when he was RB1 and Jacobs was RB2.

See Bradshaw getting closer to 225 carries and Jacobs getting closer to 175.

At five yards a carry Bradshaw will get 1125 yards. Jacobs at 4.2 yards per carry will get 735. TDS will be about split as they will use them both in Red Zone: say 8 TDs each.

Bradshaw played hurt basically the whole year too - but unlike Jacobs, he actually produced while hurt.

Steve Smith getting little respect again.

22 less catches

323 less yards

2 less td's

1 full yard less catch average (from 11.4 to 10.4)
