Who has the better outlook for the rest of the year?
Texand its not even close.
Really?
ReallyAs of Today Morneau may be leading the stats categories, but the only one he has a realistic chance of winning is the AVG category against Tex barring injury, and Morneau may possibly steal a base by season's end.

Look for Tex to have to have 15 more runs, 20 more RBI, and 12+ more HRs to go with a .300 avg

Morneau may be able to keep his avg around .310, maybe even higher, he is a star in his own right, in his prime. But Tex is perhaps one of the most consistent players in history in one of the most favorable positions possibly in the history of MLB, hitting ahead of AROD and behind Jeter and Damon. Not to mention the amount of balls that are flying out of the new Yankee Stadium. He is going to put up an absolute monster line by the end of the season.

I'll eat crow if I'm wrong, but I'm all in on Tex in 2009.
