Cyberflix is really good. I'm not running VPN (yet, would add this in if I cut the cable).
SFU - Still undecided. Honestly have not put alot of time/effort into figuring out how to make it work best. Cable internet can fluctuate, teenage gamer/youtuber in the house, etc.
The price is amazing, as is all the live sports packages being included (will probably be great on Sunday's coming up as well). Will try out MMA PPV this weekend. Picture is generally not as clear from what I've experienced with a service like Hulu, but it's ok. I need to figure out recording still. I'm a big DVR person on legacy cable even though I watch a number of shows the same day they air, just not live.

I messed with several different EPGs etc with Streams For Us and ended up sticking with Perfect Player. As for the pic quality, everything has been pretty much HD. I havent had any big issues with UFC or boxing PPVs yet.

I like it way better than Limitless. I especially like the local NBC/CBS/FOX/ABC channels, sometimes I'll watch local news in random cities around the country for no reason other than to see what's going in in Salt Lake City, or maybe Baton Rouge.

Agreed, I thought it was pretty solid with just a few minor hiccups.
Did you try watching the undercard on the ESPN+ channel? That was unwatchable for me (buffering, skipping around, etc). I turned it off.

I checked out extending my SFU subscription and couldn't find the pricing or anything like that. Then I noticed this interesting note on there:

Interesting. I would assume that since you are a registered customer they would allow you to at least extend your plan.

That's what I'm thinking but there is no way to change my plan on there right now. Maybe that option comes when I get the "invoice" 5 days before my current plan is up (since they discontinued auto-pay in July).

I went to the website, signed in, and found the pages that has my sub info, the only upgrade I can find is adding to the number of devices (connections) for $3/per extra connection

Yep, I just got another month for $7. I think if I let it lapse, I’ll be shut out (from SFU at least). Looks like they’ve removed everything besides live tv. I don’t see anything in the series section, as well as the guide and movies.

That's the main fear I have in all of this. I don't want to continually be looking for new/different/better services. That's how it was with the firestick freebies and it seems like the IPTV services are heading that same way now. This is especially true if I'm also setting up my parents and others the same way.

Maybe one of you guys can help me out. I use a firestick guess it would be 2nd generation because it does have the Alexa feature. Anyway the thing keeps crashing about every 2 hours today it's been every hour or less. It just cashed again as I was typing this. I have to reboot it to get it to start again. Really annoying has anyone else experienced this and what can I do to fix it?

I went $35 for 6 months which gets me to February. I imagine it will be up soon, but glad I didn’t commit to more than I did. I think I’ve already gotten $35 out of it.

If the article I quoted is accurate, this should be hitting more IPTV providers. Wondering how some of the others are working right now. Considered registering for SportzTV, but not if they are experiencing the same. Checking with someone else on LL to see if it's working. @Wingnut - are you still on LL, or know of anything there?

I had an issue with overheating with one of mine. I had it pluged directly into the TV. After using the dongle that came with the Firestick, it resolved that problem. Plug the stick into the dongle, then the dongle into the tv. (That sounds like a horrible Health Teacher's lesson plan...sorry....)
But agreed with @Jaysus - if that doesn't work, just buy a new one.

Im getting no channels, no channel info, no nothing. This was posted on an IPTV page from an admin a couple nights ago
As some of you may know or may not know, something big in the middle of the night happened in Italy. There was quite a big raid involving many people and the company who makes 99% of the software for the IPTV Industry Xtream Codes. It appears from what we have read they were involved in the raid in some way or another and their equipment, back end software/servers were totally shut down. We, as well as everyone else that uses the software, cannot login to our control panels, their website doesn't work, license servers are all down etc. Our service is still up, but for how long no one is sure. I am afraid to say it, but its looking quite grim for the community as a whole. Places as well as us are looking for alternate panel software, but migrating moving, could take weeks or it could mean starting from scratch completely. You, as well as all Staff are still waiting for some kind of offical word from Xtream Staff, but for now we all have to wait.

Yeah, that's kind of the way it is if you go this route. I've been really lucky in that I've been using the same service for probably going on 10 years now, but whenever I tell anyone about kodi and the like, I always emphasize that you'll save a bunch of money but it involves some troubleshooting from time to time. That last part scares most of them away.

I was just at the house but didn't try it. I'll give it a go tonight. In the meantime, I'm looking at other IPTV providers. Might as well try out some new ones just in case.

After Vaders shutdown, I tried a few other IPTV's but ultimately went back to smoothstreams because I like their interface and I don't need a service that provides hundreds of channels I will never watch. I only use IPTV to watch sports, everything else is on cyberflix.

I'll just wait out the recent IPTV shut down...I still have regular cable, UnlockMyTV app for movie/TV shows on demand, and I'll use Reddit for NFL.
I've heard UFC has been cracking down on Reddit and shutting down streams, can anyone confirm this? If hate to miss out on PPVs because I was out of the loop.

This is an IPTV service that uses a custom panel and not the Xstream one that got shut down, so its supposedly still up and working fine. I may buy a month this weekend and see if its worth having, but at $17.60/month, its a bit steep compared to what Ive been paying for IPTV.

I have Nitro and SportzTV and both are fine. I haven’t searched their foreign channels yet.
