Terrell Pryor (1 Viewer)

What would you guys put his value at now with positive reports coming out of camp?

(USA Today Fantasy Sports) Washington Redskins WR Terrelle Pryor has a chance to reach 1,500 receiving yards as the go-to target for QB Kirk Cousins, according to NFL.com analyst Gil Brandt.

His ADP is on the rise for startups and i see him anywhere from before Mixon to after Williams.

Would anyone trade Pryor for the 1.06 pick in a rookie only draft, or is this selling him to low?

I would prefer the 1.6 to Pryor. He worries me for several reasons.

1. He's only been a WR for 2 years. Very possible defenses figure out how to defend him better now.

2. He was a bit of a garbage time guy in Cleveland, nowhere near as much garbage time in Washington.

3. He was all Cleveland had. He could easily be the 3rd or 4th option at times in Washington.

4. Nobody wanted him in free agency. A younger WR, coming off a career year, with his size and speed, in theory should have gotten double what he got in free agency, not had to settle for a low ball 1 year deal.

Could he hit 1,500 yards? I guess if the stars aligned perfectly its possible(hell Brandon Lloyd won the receiving title one year when nobody drafted him) but I think its more likely he puts up pretty similar numbers to what D-Jax put up, which is more WR3 territory.

if i were building i would for sure.  it becomes a harder question if he's a starter for you on a team in the running for playoffs.  general consensus is mike williams at 6, and i'd prefer him over the long haul because i still don't completely trust pryor.  throw in the possibility that one of the RBs slips to there and it makes it even more intriguing.  i'd probably go with 1.6 and even consider flipping with OTC if i got an offer.

This is all you need to know.  If Pryor was the up and coming stud, teams would have been lining up to try and sign him.

Also, remember WAS still has Jordan Reed, Jamison Crowder, and Josh Doctson to compete with Pryor for targets.  1500 yards is a going be a big stretch.  And there is no guarantee that Cousins even remains in WAS in 2018.

I would trade Pryor for the 1.06.

I guess I am in the minority.  I would take Pryor.  I have seen him do well at the NFL level even with his minimal WR experience.  He has the athleticism to do well and if Cousins develops a good rapport with him he should be in line for 1200+ yds and 6-10 TD's.

I don't value draft picks as much as most and the 1.06 seems like a crapshoot to me.  I would rather go with a guy I have seen do well in the NFL.

I traded Jordan Matthews and a 3rd rounder for him, so I think hes more in the range of 1.11 ish than 1.6.

In my rookie draft, Cook and MaCaffery were tgere at 1.06. Considering his age and the previous comments about Pryor, I would definitely trade him for Cook or MaCaffery!

Full disclosure, I'm all in on Pryor in the mid 4th on several MFL10s ???
