Not a Chargers fan, but since I live close to them I've seen this story played out so many times. Philip Rivers looking great for 2/3rds of the game, then turning into a pumpkin. The defense playing on fire in the first half, then making mistake after mistake.

The only thing missing tonight is Norv Turner's blank disbelieving look as it all falls apart.

Man, for Mathews owners this is almost as bad as under Norv. He's out on 3rd (expected) but also out on the hurry up offense. And even out on 1st and 2nd. I think he's had like 20 snaps all night and most of them have been runs between the tackles. Why don't they get him outside or run a draw play?
