Texans @ Bengals anyone? (1 Viewer)

There is a lot of bad football going around.

For one thing I'm not sure this 3 back thing is healthy for offenses. For another there has been terrible line play. For another some really good head coaches and offensive coordinators appear to have gone senile with their playcalling. Nothing Cincy did tonight made sense.

Probably should check on the guy in our 14 team league that was talking #### on draft day about how he waited for a QB and "stole" Dalton in 11th round.  He might need some counseling right now.  Someone to tell him "it's not your fault"......................

Texans have adversity?   Please.  I'd take a category 4 hurricane, worst flood since Noah and a boatload of injuries, if I could not have Marvin Lewis as head coach.

Dalton threw it back to the center.  Can't make that shiot up.  Didn't turn it over anyway.............lol

I'm so embarrassed for the guy who called Dalton a "$1 steal" and possible top-10 QB in this thread. What a maroon!

How do you have 4 shots at the end of the game and you don't throw it your best player even once?   You deserve to lose

Maybe Green should be the QB, he throws it better than Dalton.  Underhanded, no less.

The NFL really needs to adopt European soccer rules where the worst teams in league demoted to the Canadian league.
The sad part is the Bengals might not be one of the 5 worst teams in the league.

Remember when NFL parity was a thing?

Can both teams just be awarded a loss?
The Texans have several missing starters on offense, and they have a rookie QB that can't read defenses yet, but he gave it his best, and his run for the score helped them win. The Bengals have a seasoned QB with a talented cast and they lost. The Texans deserve the win.

In 40 years of watching football I cannot ever remember a time when a defense lost both starting DBs and the opposing offense didn't target their #1 WR once.

Simply remarkable. I was a little bit optimistic that the Bengals schedule got easier, but that really sticks out at me.

Word.

Pitiful.  Felt like I was watching the Bears, but somehow worse, if that's actually possible.

Yep.  Don't target your stud WR or your pretty good TE.  Leave the guy your took with the 9th overall pick on the bench because he fumbled.  Solid coaching.

At this rate, I'd be shocked if Marvin Lewis made it to week 7. Probably should've been fired in the offseason TBH.
