I have been desperately waiting to hear the gang talk about Trent Freaking Richardson. I was so excited to have him on him team and that first game but was miserable to watch and to have him on your team. I talked to Sigmund on twitter and he encouraged me to sell so I flipped him for Percy Harvin. I still don't feel good about doing it. Weeden was absolutely laughably horrible, and the only way to evaluate T-Rich right now is with Weeden. If McCoy takes over, maybe something changes. The game film from college and the potential still has me drooling. What is your guys' professional opinion on Richardson's REDRAFT potential? Any help is appreciated.
Should owners of Alfred Morris be seeking out Evan Royster as a preemptive pickup or cheap trade target? If injury or Shanny's bad day at the tanning salon hits, would Royster, not Helu, be the back to get the most carries in this offense?
Would love to hear your thoughts about Chris Johnson and Ahmad Bradshaw.
Chris Johnson: I got him as my RB2 in a 14 team PPR league, so I'm not panicking about him, but I could probably move him for a pretty decent running back right now (like a Doug Martin, Jamaal Charles or someone in that range). Is it time to sell medium before we have to sell low?
Ahmad Bradshaw: I'm of the opinion that Bradshaw slowly loses touches over the season to David Wilson, and I think by the end of the season you could see Bradshaw with the smaller role. In a league where I own both Bradshaw (who is my RB2) and Wilson, I'd like to try to move Bradshaw and keep Wilson. Is Bradshaw for BJGE straight up (ppr) too much to give away? I'm currently shooting for Lynch, but not sure that owner will bite.
Thanks as always guys, love the show and the site.
I'm nervous about throwing Hillis in as my flex this week. He definitely looked a little sluggish last Sunday and his touches were limited. Is he a safe bet against the Bills? And more importantly, can the Chiefs turn things around. They're not a "play from behind" style team.
I have Cobb as a WR5. I own Fred Jackson. I know the Spiller owner is interested in Cobb. Given that Spiller may only be the main guy for as little as 3 weeks before an RBBC and Cobb is likley only to see his role grow, is giving up Cobb for 3-6 weeks of RB1 production out of Spiller too much? The unfortunate reality is I will likley never start Cobb as I have Julio, Graham, Lloyd and Wayne ahead of him in a start 3 WR/TE league. I could really use Spiller now as my RB2 options are D Brown, Hillis and J Rodgers.
I am following you guys in my 4th season now. Just love your stuff and the groundbreaking infotainment you provide.
Many try to copy you, but no one comes close. I only can listen to audible delayed as I am located in Europe. But look forward to it each Friday morning.
Appreciate your responsiveness provided to me via mail/twitter.
I started to get involved in best ball format leagues, like the Joes vs Pros format.
Q1: I am wondering for a while if you approach this leagues differently from head 2 head leagues with respect to players that are difficult to manage due to their volatility in scoring? Players like VJax, Desean Jackson, Eli or Flacco come to my mind.
Q2: I noted that some start to take kickers around rd 15/16 of 26 when the likes of Royster, Goodson, La Fell or Burleson are still around. I usually take kickers much later. What am I missing?
Couple of kill or keep for my 28 roster Dynasty (no IDP):
Guys can you give me an idea when it would be time to shut down DeAngelo or trade while he still has value? Should I also try to aim to trade for Ryan Williams in a dynasty league?
Hey guys, I have 3 solid RB's in my 10 team PPR league. Charles, MJD and Lynch. We start 2 WR (no flex) and my WR's are definitely my weakness with Steve Smith and Dwayne Bowe. I have guys like Malcom Floyd, Titus Young, Denarius Moore and Dexter McCluster on my bench. Do I stick it out and be patient given that everyone has solid depth at WR except for me or should I try to make a move? What players do you think I should target at WR if I am going to deal one of the RB's and Bowe?
Which of these Dynasty-tease second year RBs would you hold? Have you seen anything to suggest any of them will eventually be fantasy significant, or is it time for owners to cut bait?
Since week 9 (I believe) Andre Roberts has posted very solid #'s in PPR. He's already of to a strong start this year and had 9 targets in week 1. What are the chances he goes for 65-1000-5 opposite Fitz?
