Hope this is okay... here goes:

Gentlemen – thank you for the consistently well-considered, cutting-edge, high-quality information and opinion that is as entertaining as it is helpful. Love it.

Below is a list of 2nd and 3rd WRs taken from the FBGs depth chart page (updated 06/16/09). My question: on which NFL teams are the (technically) 3rd WRs likely to out-produce the 2nd? Understanding that the 2nd/3rd ranking component is some measure of FF value, do you see any obvious cases where the #3 guy will supplant his team’s listed #2, not necessarily from a depth chart perspective, but in terms of fantasy value/production?

PS: What do you believe Edgerrin James’ value is right now – is he worth stashing for a while?

I'll be flying solo tonight, but Bloom may check in from the road (I think he's in our nation's capital today).

Well, without the headphones logo this lacks the panache of a regular AUDIBLE thread, but Lammy's presence adds all of the gravitas necessary. :bag:

Post away, Gents.

I was wondering your thoughts on these possible RB situations where a Changing of the Guard could be possible.

Eagles - Westbrook, Mccoy

Pit - Parker, Mendenhall

Colt - Addai, Brown

Especially what you think McCoy and Mendenhall's involvement will be this year and the next few?

Also what do you think we can expect this year from the 1st year WR's?

Crabtree, Maclin, Nicks, Harvin, etc

Is anyone else having trouble with the RSS feeds for The Audible?
RSS feed on my end is good. I know that Blog Talk Radio has been having some technical difficulties on all their channels. We're going to have plenty of "in house" shows out very soon, preseason watch list, beat writer tour, etc. That should end any technical difficulties we're having.thanks for listening! :lmao:

Thanks Cecil, love the show. Do you guys list download links on the main site as well or just in the forums?

(my post in other thread was ignored or just received no reply, so please excuse the repeat Q)Cecil, please consider getting 12 FBGs together for a live draft as GK did not that long ago on BTR. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it seems the followers of the shows did too. I rrrrrrrrrreally think it would go over HUGE here at the pool if you could do that.I do also realize getting 12 men working other jobs onto the same schedule is a chore so....if it's possible, please do.Thanks

Cecil,Should you pull this off. It will be awesome. Hugely looking forward to the possibility of this. Couple commentsDefinitely Bri!
Cecil,Should you pull this off. It will be awesome. Hugely looking forward to the possibility of a mock draft podcast. Non PPR preferably. If you could do both ppr and nonppr it wouldn't hurt. Im sure it will kill you guys. Couple comments...taking some ques from the most recent expert mocks discussed in the pool. Team Legacy's mock draft logistics is the best visually. Using MDC was smart. Listening to the podcast while simultaneously viewing the draft board is perfect. I did not follow the draft live. I listened to the podcast in the evening while having the completeled draft board open on my screen. Worked out great. I could see ahead and back across the round and up and down each roster. Thoroughly exercising my fantasy brain. The podcast itself was a nice effort considering the on and off connection changing locations before of the storms is tough. But he was definitely giving it his all. Some of the guest were a bit disappointing. Forcing me to downgrade the credibility of the draft. I understand some of these guys are ranked fantasy players and deserve a bit of respect. As all people do. But please don't go around touting you are the best of the best from a limited sample size of fantasy players who happen to play on the few sites that happen to be "professionally" recorded. But the rankings are in an early stage and it will get better. Anyways that short rant belongs in team legacy's thread. GK's mock is filled with writer-expert types and I am hugely enjoying the podcast and guest setup. Thanks Bri. At the same time I am half lost not having the visual help of a draft board. I dont need all the colors. Just a simple draft board to review and join in as if I were picking. FYI, I built my own draft board on excel to follow along . A few more cons to GK's podcast. Please do more pick recaps. Some picks they completely ignored and were not mentioned on the podcast. Do more rundown of lineups. Each pick doesn't need a breakdown on the spot. But please let us know who has been picked. Thats all for now. Im not knocking these guys for having speed bumps in their podcasts. Its expected. All real drafts have things to deal with. Just some constructive criticism. Some corners need to be polished. Hope this helps.

Hey Guys,

Are you getting a feeling about value at wideout in CLE? Without Winslow in the middle of the field, do you see Robiskie as a viable candidate for 60 catches?

I've been reading that he's working underneath a lot in camp...

Also, talk to me about Shaun MacDonald in Pittsburgh,,, can he be an upgrade at WR3 from Nate Washington (now gone)? And will he keep Sweed off the field?

Hey guys.

Dedicated listener, first time writing in.

Sigmund, I know that you are high on Chris Johnson aka Light Blue Jesus. I noticed he took a pounding by the rest of the FBG staff when discussing over-rated RBs. Does this temper your expectations at all with regards to CJ's '09 outlook. Also, how much do you expect the slimmer LenDale white to figure in to the mix? Also Jevon Ringer is bound to get several touches per game?
