The Audible - WAIVER WIRE special - week nine (1 Viewer)

Friendly suggestion to the Powers That Be. You might think about adding a RSS feed link for those of us that have kicked itunes off the computer for it's piggish ways or simply type to copy and paste.

I was able to find The Audible but it took a second search under footballguys.

Thanks for providing the information.

I'm not too convinced Kitna survives very many more starts let alone that he should be started in too many leagues...that line is still terrible and he is still moves like a 40 year old. His schedule is brutal in that regard. Considering that he might get sacked 50 times over the next 6 games. If he makes it til week 15 and 16 he'll be useful. Assuming you dont have to worry about McGee or Romo take snaps. Not to mention...if the Skins or Cards fall out of the play off race, maybe Jerry Jones will concede something to the poorer owners if they allow him to just start the lock out early.

Am I missing something? He just looks like he wont crack the top 20 QBs for a long time.

Spoiler: they just yell "TAMME" for 30 minutes straight.
I did that once in college... :unsure:Always a good listen. Hopefully I can find someone to slavage my beer league season.

:wall: Granted they were playing from behind all afternoon, but he threw for almost 400yds, his receivers dropped a bunch of passes, and only one of the INTs was his fault.

Orton's top 5 in my league. Thanks for recommending I grab Brady Quinn to keep my lunch from being eaten in the impending purge... :lmao:

He played fine. The Jags are awful tho. Clay Matthews and the packers aren't as easy and it doesnt get much easier after that. I did some rankings with 8 comparable waiver wire or could be had cheap back ups. Every week Kitna is 6-8 until 15, 16. I'm no Cecil or Bloom I admit that...I just dont see when you'll want to be trusting him.

I dunno how the Broncos go to Brady Quinn even if the season is lost.
Me neither, I was hoping the poobahs would explain. Maybe they just filling air time?
They did kinda explain. Its pretty self explanatory in a way - if the season is lost perhaps the coaching staff want to see what they have in Quinn and/or Tebow.Personally I don't think you go to either of these two even if the season is lost. Tebow is clearly not ready and we already know what Brady Quinn is.It would be a comedy of errors compared to what Orton can do. Cecil's main argument was Orton isn't very clutch - agreed but I think if there is one thing that they may play for is the passing record.I think McD may even put in a claim for Moss - so we'll see. That would definately give the team a boost.

The prospective division winner is looking like 9-7 at best and there's a thought that Denver's gonna punt the season (and the coach's job) any time soon to bet ANYTHING on the (so clear a blind man could see) 3rd string QB?Good luck with that...Good luck with that!
