Congrats Cecil.Regarding the broadcast, I'm tight on time this week so can you just fill in Dodds so he can post the correct cheatsheets this week.

Congrats guys. Cecil, did you say that Bloom does the audible over your house?

Cecil and Bloom the morning after an audible recording:

Cecil: You've got a choice between scrambled eggs and an omelet Bloom. Which one do you want.

Bloom: I have to admit that earlier in the morning I thought scrambled eggs might be a good choice but seeing all the ingredients on your counter I have to say that an omelet is the way to go.

Cecil: Definitely the omelet is the way to go. What kind of cheese would you like? I've got muenster, swiss and american BABY!

Bloom: While american and swiss have a lot of upside, what you need is a cheese that can help your taste-buds now. Sure, I see the muenster is a little moldy but if you just tear off the bad section you've got a cheese that you mouth will thank you for.

Cecil: Definitely mouth will thank you for. Sometimes you need to add a dash of pepper and some miuk---milk because-I-can-talk. What do you think about adding milk to the eggs?

Bloom: Milk in the eggs is the way to go. Milk just makes the omelet that much more fluffy. If you haven't added milk to your omelet yet, shame on you. You have to start inserting milk into the eggs and keep inserting it on a weekly basis. Your mouth will thank you.

Cecil: You've got scallions and some celery in tucked away in your salad crisper. Do you make a move and add these to the omelet?

Bloom: You only want to add the celery if you absolutely need some filling. But if you've got scallions you insert them into your omelette every time. At this point the celery is only good for adding to stew or for dipping in some blue cheese but I would keep it far away from the omelet.

Cecil: You'll love your omelet. Bloom, stay seated right there, tuck your napkin into your collar. And as always......don't test the heat of the pan with you face.

We're also available for picnics, lodge meetings, children's parties, and smokers

Cunk,OMG, this is so spot on, its just incredible. You have got these 2 down pat.Cecil, I just want to say you , Bloom and the rest of the cast are doing a terrific job. The show has come a long way since last year. I am on the road a ton, so I dont have as much time as I would like to scour the internet. Your podcasts keep me up to date ! Thanks again !

Cunk, brilliant, just brilliant.

A couple of things to add:

1) Cecil and I visited the farm where the eggs were laid to scout the chickens. They were definitely not omelet chickens.

2) If there's some tortillas and salsa in a 100 mile radius, the correct answer will be BREAKFAST TACOS
