I figured Catherine was going home up until Lesley's one-on-one tonight, then I knew it was Lesley. I think she really did like him, she's just used to taking things at a slower pace. But that's difficult when he is going to be proposing in a couple weeks.

In a perverse way, the show protects people with a head on their shoulders. If you are not ready to proclaim your love for someone after a few dates, and cannot realistically envision accepting a marriage proposal after just a couple more, you're "behind in the game" and at risk to be sent home. When she balked at saying I love you, I let out the same "AAUUUGHH!!" as if Eli missed Nicks in the end zone for the game winning TD.But I was rooting for her for my own selfish reasons. Clearly she is better off getting out of the train before it goes off the cliff. Her smart instincts served her well.

Last night when Sean was in the water with the 4 girls on the group date I told my wife I would totally screw that up if were in his shoes. I would casually put my arm around one of the girls and give her a kiss on the cheek, then casually put my other arm around another girl and kiss her too, then let out a contented sigh, look out at the horizon and say "Damn, this is so awesome", probably extend my foot to another girl so she could rub it, only realizing I screwed up when all of the women were visibly horrified.

I DVR this show and fast forward through good chunks of it (only slowing down to see the drama or the girls in bikinis, and the final rose), but I just don't get the appeal of Catherine. Just watched the preview again, highly doubtful that the dirtbag brother is a prank. If it is, they carried on way too long for it to be funny and not sabotage the visit, and it does not appear that Des is in on it. Disapproving dad is Lindsay's.

They edited is as though it was an ex-boyfriend coming to her rescue...wonder if it was this brother shtick. At least I'd watch the final episodes. I'd prefer she didn't do the show so I could let her fulfill her dreams by making me happy. We do live in the same area.

I think he probably liked Des better but he's told the producers his top 2 so they told him to select Catherine and to fake indecision for drama. The whole brother thing was likely fake.
