Nick made about the only move he could make to save face, by booting Liz. Liz for her part, totally misplayed things. She should have let him know what was going on with her at the first cocktail party. Otherwise, she lets him think exactly what he did think, is she on there just because she wants to be on TV? This did seem to be the only reason she was there.  And I suspect it'll end up with a chance to be on BIP later this summer.  

 
Maybe just for show, but Nick being so beta with handling of this Liz situation. Just tell the rest of the women that you met Liz when she was maid of honor for Jade, you hooked up that night but she didn't want to pursue anything more and you respected that. You hadn't heard from her since until she showed up here, and you're not sure she's here for the right reasons so you let her go. Done. No big deal.

Now that Liz isn't around to say she had sex with Nick, going to need to find something else to drink to.

 
I did like when Taylor went and interrupted Corrine's conversation with Nick after Corrine had interrupted Taylor's conversation. If it comes down to a mind game between Corrine and Taylor, Corrine is way short-handed. With her psychology background, I think Taylor goes far in this game.

I don't think so.  Did you see Nick's body language when they were talking?  He was leaning so back away from her I thought he might topple the couch over.

You could be right. He did seem to be pretty interested in her psychology background and the fact she had a masters. Nick seems to think he is pretty smart, so I think he may have some attraction for a girl who has something on the intellectual side.

 
Nick is the first bachelor in a while to actually have a penis.  The hot ones like Corrine and that Canadian are going far.

Right on.  Also, Taylor the master psychologist is 23 and has been out of school for about six months according to her summation of her career this week.  She clearly thinks of herself as some massive, worldly intellect, when she actually comes across as shallow and not particularly bright.  As a bonus, she has manface.  Other than that, the whole package. 

 
This guy is coming off as pretty awkward/uncomfortable, facial expressions, lack of eye contact etc. Was he like that on the previous shows he was on?

I noticed that too. He does not seem to maintain eye contact with anyone. He comes off as being disinterested in everybody. I never noticed it in previous seasons.

To me he seems pretty dull, shallow and kind of a stupid ****. So it's destined to be not a great season. None of the women are really grabbing me yet either. Still, bad Bachelor is still mindless fun.

 
Corinne said she has something up her sleeve - my wife decided that's what she calls herself/ her ######.  She is now "the sleeve" in my house.

I don't even think she's top 3 on this season.

Not saying she's not attractive, but she's very generic to me. And its hard to not deduct points just for being a total slore and general awful person.

Corinne has a bit of a two face thing going on. Some angles she looks good and others(usually the side) not so much. Not in the top tier looks wise IMO. Top tier are Danielle L, Vanessa, Whitney(she jumped out at me last night) and I thought Hailey, who was let go last night, was up there too.

 
If you had to bet, what would you say Corrine's "multi million dollar business" that she "runs" is.....

1) An actual legitimate business that she runs successfully with her own brain

2) An actual business that someone else runs that lets her look at some financial statements every once in a while. She then makes comments that they pretend to take seriously so that her dad doesn't fire them

3) Just a spreadsheet with some numbers that add up to over $2 million dollars (like that time on The Office when Ryan gave Creed a word document with a fake web address typed at the top and told him it was a blog) so she can say she "runs a multi million dollar business"

4) Some sort of business simulator video game like Transport Tycoon Deluxe set on easy mode.

Hailey knew it was coming and went desperation mode in exposing as much boob as possible for a rose ceremony. It was great when they did the interview with her showing little cleavage, then they cut to rose ceremony and she seems to be in same dress, but with it pulled down and the girls busting out.

Also, Danielle L. is the hottest contestant, and it's not even close. Seems like the personality/intellect might not be there, but she hasn't gotten a lot of speaking time. They're probably saving her for later, as I figure she's going to be around for a while.

Its her parents business. She mentioned this in her 2-3 minute "meet Corrine" thing in the first episode. 

 
the producers have done a great job portratying Corinne as a villain, but i'm loving the "Grind On Nick, Get A Rose, ####-Ya'll I'm Gonna Take A Nap" shtick.

that's some next-level stuff right there.

 
I was wondering why one of the smart girls doesn't team up with Corrine and flirt around with double teaming him. Then when he realizes that she nuts then the other one steps into the void and rides him to the final. Just stay in the wake enough and be a bit wilder than all the hens that are bit#&$ing right now.
