Watched it in the wee hours this morning. More a psychological than political profile of each. Certainly reminded me why, while i've long admired Joe Biden (especially for all the years he was Charlie Rose's Capitol Hill answer man), i've never respected him. His political courage has never matched his personal. He's a Senator guy, going along to get along. He might plug a hole, but he ain't stemming no tide.
And Frontline stepped lightly around the President's first term except as part of a lifelong quest to show the world that no one can say "No" to him and make it stick. The American people have already failed that test and it will be more a function of Trump's insensibility than Biden's strength if it is able to finally say "Enough" to him this fall.
