The Colts Backfield (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for some help better understanding the Colts backfield. I'm not asking who to handcuff to Jonathan Taylor, but I'm building a "watch list"....if for some reason the wheels fall off for Taylor with an injury, who is going to have the highest ceiling for a handful of games? I'm thinking Giddens, but I really have no idea. Anyone have any strong opinions on the topic?

Last year Goodson filled in, and wasn’t anything special.
Giddens would be my target

Goodson only filled in—and it was one game IIRC—because Trey Sermon got hurt. Goodson did well, but he’s more of a third-down back or is at least used that way. I do agree that Giddens is the guy to watch but Goodson is better than he’s given credit for.

eta* Goodson filled in for one game and had 14 carries for 51 yards. He had 32 carries all year. Sermon was the backup, and I'd think Giddens would be this year, although pass pro would likely determine that to a degree.

I think the obvious answer is to ask @JohnnyU
The Colts lbackfield runs through JT, but I'd roster Giddens in dynasty over Goodson. That's obvious. I wouldn't roster either in redraft, unless in the deepest of leagues. I have a feeling the Colts are going to be a :poop: show this year anyway.
