Saw BigSteelThrill do this for receiving, the rushing ones were even more of a surprise to me.....

1. Gore 14,026

2. AP 12,276 (obviously assuming he plays again, not sure that's a good assumption)

3. McCoy 10,092

4. Lynch 1,003

5. Chris Johnson 9,651 (same assumption as AP)  Matt Forte officially retired and is just above him.

6. Jamaal Charles 7,556 (not under contract in 2018, is he?)

7. J Stew 7,318

8. D Murray 7,174 (same assumption, he he'll play somewhere I'm sure)

9. ???

10.  ??? This one blew me away

You missed a 0 on Lynch. AP Charles and CJ are done.

My best guesses for 9 and 10 (which are really 6 and 7): Mark Ingram and Lamar Miller?

Nope.  Blount followed by Alfred Morris (that's the one that blew me away).
Wow Morris is shocking. I forgot how much Blount was used earleir in his career.

Yeah, both of those shocked me.  It's just an interesting time for this stat as some of the more veteran RBs that would be on the "current top 10 list" are either retired or soon to be (Forte, AP, CJ2k, Charles) while other younger guys sure to surpass others are still young and accumulating (Bell, Ingram, maybe Miller and even maybe D Martin).

Settle down buzz feed
Definitely appreciate @matttyl engendering conversation about this and calling out surprises here (for some reason Blount is more surprising to me than Morris, who had 1 or 2 really solid standout years), but this comment made me LOL.

At least he didn't make us click through 20 slides before getting the answer!
